Experience in Firearms Matters Adam zealously represents clients at the State and Federal levels, involving all firearms law and Second Amendment matters. These clients include FFLs and advising them on varying issues in dealing with ATF and DDTC on all aspects of federal law and regulation of firearms. Adam is currently litigating several FFL revocation matters in the federal district courts across the U.S. Additionally, Adam has been involved in fighting ATF on unlawful firearm seizures and forfeitures. When ATF proposed new regulatory measures, Adam drafted comments in opposition to proposed rulemaking that ATF has sought to implement, including proposed reclassification of M855 (green tip) ammunition, proposed changes to the ATF Firearms Transaction Record (4473), and ATF 29P. Adam has also represented individuals in License to Carry Firearm denials and revocations, advised clients as to their ability to purchase firearms, drafted numerous gun trusts and helped individuals with NFA transfers, regulations and questions of compliance. In the vein of education, Adam has helped teach multiple firearms law seminars across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to individuals and attorneys.

Gun Store Manager Adam also has experience behind the counter of a gun shop as the General Manager of King Shooters Supply, where he has helped educate new firearm owners on proper safety, guided them in determining which firearm was best for them, aided them in finding proper training and encouraged them to become members of the NRA. The Legal Brief Tired of the misinformation perpetuated by individuals in gun stores and the internet, Adam is out to set the record straight on The Legal Brief, a weekly show on The Gun Collective in which Adam reviews the applicable law and regulations to ensure firearms owners have the proper facts and information as to what the law actually says. While collecting signatures, if you would direct people to subscribe to my newsletter via my website (adamkraut.com) it will make reminding people to vote easier when the time comes. If you are a member of a gun club, please inquire if the club would be interested in sharing my information with the members. I’d be happy to discuss my candidacy with anyone at the club to make that a reality. In order to make the NRA a better and stronger organization, it must embrace ideas and strategies from the next generation of Second Amendment advocates. It is my sincere hope that I’ll be able to help push the organization in that direction.

If you haven’t already, be sure to check out The Legal Brief, a show I host on The Gun Collective, which was created to dispel the myths and misinformation surrounding various areas of the gun world. Yours in Freedom,

Adam Kraut, Esq.
