HERE IS A SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNTS, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: MEMBER/ACCOUNT NUMBER INFORMATION

LOANS

Each account will be assigned a new Member Number (account number). Your new membership identification card is enclosed. Please carry this card with you as it will be required to perform transactions on your account. Please understand that your identity must be verified for the protection of your accounts. The back of the membership card also contains phone numbers for your convenience to access Member Service and Audio Response. We encourage you to use this card for access to your member number to enroll in Online Banking before the live merger date.

Any outstanding loans will continue with your current rate, term, and monthly payment. You may continue to make your payment by visiting a branch or mailing in your payments. If you were issued coupons, you may also continue to use those. In November, you will receive your last Account Statement from CINCO Credit Union for transactions through October 31, 2017. Please save this statement to verify with the first statement you will receive from Superior Credit Union in December (with November transactions). This is very important since we will be converting member database systems. Please notify Member Services at 1-877-717-2271 immediately if you think there is an error(s) in any information. Your last CINCO monthly statement will be delivered in paper form, even if you are enrolled in eStatements. If you are enrolled in eStatements with CINCO and wish to retain previous months' statements for your records, we encourage you to print or download the desired months statements no later than October 30, 2017. The minimum membership share balance for Superior Credit Union is $25.00. You will be required to bring this balance to the required $25.00 par value by October 31, 2018.

OFFICE LOCATIONS Beginning November 1, 2017 you will be able use any of Superior Credit Union's fourteen convenient offices in West Central Ohio, as well as the two former CINCO office locations in Cincinnati. Our new full-service & drive-thru hours will be 8:30am–5:00pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 9:00am–12:00pm. For your convenience, our Drive-Thrus are open until 6:00pm on Fridays and our Saturday hours will become full-service from 9:00–12:00pm for both walkin and drive-thru service.

CALL CENTER HOURS Superior's Member Services Call Center is available 7:00am–7:00pm Monday thru Friday and 9:00am–12:00pm Saturdays to answer any questions you may have. The call center number is 513-281-9988 or toll-free 1-877-717-2271. You may also live chat with a Superior Member Services representative via our website, SuperiorCU.com.

SHARE INSURANCE There will be no changes to your current share insurance. All Superior Credit Union shares are insured through the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF). The NCUSIF was created by Congress in 1970 to insure member's deposits in federally insured credit unions. In 2010, the NCUA's standard share insurance amount was permanently increased to $250,000. Administered by the National Credit Union Administration, the NCUSIF is backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government.

SHARE DRAFT/CHECKING ACCOUNTS For members who currently have a Share Draft (Checking) Account, you may continue writing your CINCO Credit Union checks until October 31, 2018. When you need to place an order for checks you can contact us at 513-2819988 or 877-717-2271 to get your new Superior checks ordered.

Superior Credit Union is also able to provide members with loan products that might not have been available to you as a CINCO member, including first mortgages, VISA credit cards, and small business loans.

MORTGAGES Superior offers a full line of home mortgage options - including 30-year fixed rate mortgage loans, ARM's, construction loans, blanket mortgages, second mortgages, and investment properties. Over 8,000 members use The Mortgage Center at Superior as their first mortgage loan provider, making Superior the largest mortgage lender in West Central Ohio. The credit union is managing nearly $800 million in mortgage loans for members. ATM, VISA & DEBIT CARDS Members with a CINCO MasterCard Debit Card will be able to keep using your current card after the merger. As a fraud prevention measure, your Debit Card will have a limit of 10 transactions per day and a limit of $2,000 per day for merchant purchases. • For example, you may make 10 purchases of $200 per day or one purchase of $2,000 (if you have the available funds in your account). Even though this is a debit card that deducts the purchase amount from your share draft (checking) account, please press the "credit" button whenever possible to avoid a fee. When using your ATM card or your debit card at an ATM for cash, the daily limit is $500. Superior's ATM network is "online", meaning your PIN-based transactions will normally post to your account within minutes of completion of the transaction. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for changes regarding network fees when using a non-Superior Credit Union ATM. Superior ATM locations may be used free of charge along with the CINCO ATM's you currently use. You may also use Alliance One and Money Pass ATM's surcharge free. A list of convenient ATM locations in the Cincinnati area has been included in this packet for your reference. **The days of October 31st & November 1st could result in some time in which you will be unable to access your account via ATM or debit card. We ask that you please bear with us as we work diligently to convert member database systems as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

OVERDRAFT PROTECTION & COURTESY PAY Superior offers Automatic Overdraft Protection from your primary share account. CINCO members will also still have access to Courtesy Pay for your share draft account with a limit of $600.00. While there is a fee for Courtesy Pay, it will be significantly lower than what you have been charged in the past from CINCO. Please refer to the enclosed Fee Schedule for more details.

SHARE CERTIFICATES For members who currently have share certificates, your rate and term will not change. You will receive a notice prior to your maturity date. If you do not respond, the balance of your certificate will automatically renew. Superior offers the same variety of certificates and terms as you had available with CINCO. Please contact Member Services at 1-877-717-2271 to determine the rate and term that is right for you.

ONLINE BANKING Superior's Online Banking and BillPay are available to all members free-ofcharge and are commonly referred to as CONNECT 24 Online Banking. If you do not currently use online banking, signup is easy. You can sign up at SuperiorCU.com to have 24/7 access to your account history, balance your checkbook, view copies of cleared checks, make loan and mortgage payments, and much more from anywhere with Internet access. If you have any questions, please visit one of our offices for assistance setting up and demonstrating the service for you or visit our website, SuperiorCU.com, for a video tutorial. Any scheduled recurring transfers set up through CINCO's PC Teller Online Banking will need to be set-up again in Superior's online banking. CINCO's PC Teller Online Banking history will not transfer to Superior's Online Banking. The days of October 31st & November 1st could result in some time in which you will be unable to access your account via online banking. We ask that you please bear with us as we work diligently to convert member database systems as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

ONLINE BILLPAY The last day to access CINCO's PCTeller Online Banking and BillPay will be October 31st at 6:00pm. Please be advised that any payment scheduled to be paid after October 31st in PC Teller BillPay will not be paid. All auto-payments and payees set up through CINCO BillPay will also need to be set-up in Superior's BillPay. For those members affected by this change, a Superior representative will be reaching out to you following the merger to provide support for re-establishing your payees and auto-payments in Superior BillPay.

MOBILE BANKING Members may also access their accounts free-of-charge via our Smartphone and Tablet Apps. Getting started is easy, simply download the Superior home banking apps to your smart phone or tablet for account access from your iPod Touch®, iPhone®, iPad®, or Android™ device. Just search "Superior Credit" in the Apple® App Store or Google™ Play Store. REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE For your convenience, Superior offers free Remote Deposit Capture. Members can save a trip to the branch or ATM and deposit checks from anywhere simply by scanning or snapping a photo of the endorsed check and depositing it via their mobile device.

AUDIO RESPONSE Superior Credit Union has a free audio response system called Superior Line. Superior Line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make balance inquiries, transfers, history inquiries, checking & loan information, and additional options.

The phone number for Superior Line is 1-888-550-6717. To set up your Superior Line access, simply call the number listed and go through the "First Time Caller Setup". If you have any questions, please visit one of our offices for assistance setting up and demonstrating the service for you.

PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS, AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS & DIRECT DEPOSIT Members with Payroll Deductions and/or Direct Deposit will continue to have your money deposited into your accounts. These members will not need to change anything or sign any documents; the account numbers will be automatically changed for you. If you wish to set up a new Direct Deposit, please remember to use your new account number and wait until that account becomes active on or after November 1, 2017. Your new 13-digit checking account number and Superior's routing number may be found on your enclosed membership card.

PERCY PIG KIDS CLUB All Youth Accounts will be converted to Percy Pig Share Savings Accounts for members ages 17 and younger. Superior also offers the Percy Pig Super Saver Certificate, a term share certificate for a larger return on your youngster's savings. For teenagers ages 14-17, Superior also offers a youth checking account with debit card called YChecking. INVESTMENTS & TRUSTS Superior Credit Union offers a wide range of investment, insurance, and retirement products through Superior Financial Services, an affiliate of LPL Financial, member FINRA/SIPC. DISCLOSURE INFORMATION Enclosed are your new Membership and Account Agreement, Funds Availability Policy, Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement and Disclosure, Truth-In-Savings Disclosure, Privacy Notice, Courtesy Pay Disclosure, and Fee Schedule. These disclosures will govern your accounts and the new Fee Schedule will take effect on your accounts beginning November 1, 2017.
