Tombola rules and regulations

LUNEX University Tombola Rules and Regulations Article 1 – Organizer LUNEX University, with its registered office at 50 Avenue du Parc des Sports, L-4671 Differdange, is the organizer of the tombola.

Article 2 – Prizes 1st Prize: MacBook Air 13” • • • • •

1.6GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 (Turbo Boost up to 2.7GHz) with 3MB shared L3 cache Intel HD Graphics 6000 8 Go of SDRAM LPDDR3 at 1 600 MHz 256 GB of storage flash PCIe Backlit keyboard (the keyboard language configuration depending on stock availability)

2nd Prize: LUNEX University Hoodie (color and type of hoodie depending on stock availability) 3rd Prize: LUNEX University Sports Water Bottle Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made. The prizes will be handed over to the winners during the first week of their respective academic start at LUNEX University. The winners are required to sign a proof of receipt of the prize, hereby stating that, they take on full responsibility of the prize once received as per ´Article 6 – Responsibility´.

Article 3 – Participation Conditions The tombola shall be open to all private individuals (with no restriction on nationality or residence and without age limitation) who: -

Have participated and successfully completed the application tests at one of the following application days: Friday 21 April 2017, Friday 2 June 2017. Have provided ALL required documents for their application file Have been accepted to enter one of the study degree programs at LUNEX University

Article 4 – Mechanism of Competition The tombola will accept entries until 23:59 CET on 31 May 2017. The Registration form for the application day (which the applicant receives together with the official invitation for the respective application day once the application documents have been accepted) must be completed, signed and submitted via the LUNEX E-mail address as per below: [email protected]

Article 5 – Conduct of the Tombola Draw - Winners The drawing of the winners is based on the random draw of the batch of eligible participants who comply with the criteria defined in ´Article 3 – Participation Conditions´. The draw of the winners shall be done by Christian Alt (CEO, LUNEX University) under the supervision of Britta Hannig (Head of Marketing, LUNEX University) and Gaby Muller (Head of Student Recruitment, LUNEX University).

Article 6 – Responsibility 1st Prize: MacBook Air LUNEX University is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or network hardware or software issues once the price is handed over and the proof of receipt is signed. 2nd and 3rd Prize: LUNEX University hoodie & LUNEX University Sports Water Bottle LUNEX University is not responsible for any damage after the winner has signed the proof of receipt of the prize.

Article 7 – Publicity and Advertising of the winner By accepting the prize, the winners thereby authorize the free use of their full names, photographs and footage of the handing over of the prizes, in all means of communication, including newsletters and social media without any limitation in time and space, and without requesting any further valuable consideration other than the prize won at the tombola.
