TPO Portal – Key Dates & Docs Quick Reference Guide PRMG is pleased to announce another great new feature of our recently revamped TPO Portal – Key Dates & Docs. Get easy access to important dates like the compliance timeline, LE and CD tracking, as well as many other critical data points. Documents such as the underwriting approval, AUS findings, rate lock confirmation and more can be quickly viewed or downloaded from the site as well, all in one streamlined location.
The following instructions provide information on how to access the Key Dates & Docs feature on the PRMG’s TPO portal. Log into PRMG’s TPO portal at tpo.prmg.net

TPO Portal – Key Dates & Docs Quick Reference Guide The first time you access the Key Dates & Docs page, you will need to enter your email address in the login page and click Send Code.
You will be sent an email with a unique code to authorize access to the site. Note, you will have three chances to enter the code correctly, and upon three failed login attempts you will be redirected to the Key Dates & Docs login page and will need to reenter your email to get a new authorization code. The generated key is unique to the user’s session, which means that any page change in that browser tab (for instance, you leave the website), will result in an invalidation of the code and a new one will need to be requested.

TPO Portal – Key Dates & Docs Quick Reference Guide Enter the code from the email and click Authorize. After you have been authorized on the site, you will not need to repeat this step.
Once you are in the Key Dates & Docs page, a Loan Search option will appear. Enter the desired loan number and click Search. Note, user must be listed as the manager, loan officer or processor in PRMG’s FT360 system to gain access to loan information (see below for more information.)

By clicking any of the orange buttons you can see all of the associated documents in the system. For example, if you want to view the AUS Findings, click AUS Findings and then click the document you want to view.

To view another loan, click the PRMG Logo at the top of the page and the search form will appear.

TPO Portal – Key Dates & Docs Quick Reference Guide As mentioned previously, the Key Dates & Docs feature will only grant loan file information access to users who are listed as contacts on the TPO Information form in FT360. This means that if someone logs in and their email is not on the fields shown below, they will not have access to the Key Dates & Docs for that loan.
