Track Coordinator (100%) French / English

Role: The Track Coordinator has an important role in the elaboration of the activities related to the sporting aspects of track cycling worldwide. Under the authority of the Track and Para-cycling Manager and in close collaboration with the other members of the track and para-cycling unit, the Track Coordinator will be in charge of the development of the discipline in a complex environment with many stakeholders. Main responsibilities:  To develop and promote the discipline  To co-ordinate all activities with regard to the sport-related aspects of the discipline  To ensure the follow-up of the strategic objectives of the UCI and of the Track Commission in particular  To be the contact person for UCI stakeholders for the sport-related aspects of the discipline  To coordinate the specific regulation of the discipline as well as the UCI Track International Calendar  To develop the programs of the major competitions in collaboration with the stakeholders  To participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets related to the discipline  To set up and manage the velodrome database. Profile:  After completing higher education, you should have acquired work experience in the world of sport and be able to provide sound recommendations on various courses of action  Excellent knowledge of track cycling  Experience in organising events  Excellent organisation skills and multi-tasking ability  Fluency in both French and English  Feel comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)  Autonomy and leadership  Ability to work independently and in a team
