WELCOME TO THE DREAM TEAM! Welcome and congratulations on accomplishing the hardest part in joining Kyani. By being part of our team, we will be giving you the instructions to help you launch your business quickly and help you earn income immediately. You are in business for yourself… but not by yourself. You are now part of the largest, most successful team in Kyani, the Dream Team. We will provide you with the support, mentorship, and tools you need to excel in this business. You just need to focus on three key things: First, get the products out there by sharing your personal product stories, sharing links to online product information, and offering free product samples to potential customers. Second, you need to build a team of like-minded business partners who share your ideals and work ethic and who will help you succeed by building their own businesses in the same way. And third, take it upon yourself to duplicate the success you’ve had to the people you have chosen to bring along to YOUR team. In this business, the real accomplishments don’t come just from you winning, they come from your team winning. We’ve all had our first day, we’ve all been nervous. But feel comfortable knowing that you are part of a community that will mentor you to reach success. VERY FIRST STEPS Instructions for this Section: Read each step and instructions thoroughly. Check off the box in the sections as you complete each task and only if you feel committed to continuing to the next step.

Step 1 - CALM DOWN Take a deep breath... And stay calm. We recommend that before you are properly launched by your upline leader, DO NOT TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT KYANI. Don’t get us wrong, the excitement that you are feeling is completely normal... You just don’t want to start by telling everyone EVERYTHING there is to know and scaring them off! There’s a right way and a wrong way to do this!

Step 2 - Download “Kyani Mobile” For Apple/iOS devices, open your APP STORE and search Kyani Mobile. For Android devices, open your PLAY STORE and search Kyani Mobile.

Download and then open the app! Using your Kyani Welcome email, log in using your Distributor ID and Password. Make sure to allow all notifications if prompted. Use your KYANI WELCOME EMAIL to login.

Familiarize yourself with the app as you will be using it EVERY DAY!

Step 3 - Schedule your Launch Training Day If your upline has not initiated this yet, contact them now and schedule your Launch Training Day. Your launch is what will teach you the fundamentals of getting your first few customers and inviting your first people to what we call a PBR, a Private Business Reception. Don’t worry about what that is just yet, your Launch Training Day will cover everything you need. Write down your Launch info below.

I’m sure you are extremely busy right now and so am I. So, what I am going to do is give you a brief overview of our company. The name of our company is Kyani. We are a ground floor health and wellness company with superior products expanding in the area. We positioned ourselves right in the middle of the $500 BILLION dollar per year Health and Wellness industry. In fact, it’s the next trillion-dollar industry. On a part-time basis, we have distributors making a couple hundred dollars to a couple thousand dollars a month. On a fulltime basis, we have distributors making five figures a month, even six figures a month. PBR CHECKLIST Instructions for this Section: Use this checklist for your first PBR, you can print out just this page in the future for other PBRs. Check off each item as you prepare for your PBR.

Technology ready to go Videos queued up, speakers ready, TV ready to play product video, etc.

Phones off the hook Distractions are bad and a phone ringing is one of the worst.

Children somewhere else Children are a distraction (even if they are cute!). They should be in another room or with a babysitter, etc.

Animals outside Again, cute distraction but still a distraction. They should also be in another location from your presentation room.

Documents out ready to go Ink Pens Hand these out before the meeting starts

PBR BEST PRACTICES Instructions for this Section: Use this flow so you understand how the perfect PBR should go. Check Page 15 for a Checklist.

The Flow of a PBR YOU (Host) welcome your guests to the PBR - Ask everyone to silence their cell phones YOU will Edify and introduce the PRESENTER (Sponsor/Upline) - You are NOT telling your story here, save that for when you become the PRESENTER. - The introduction should be less than 1 minute, if it takes longer, you need to work on it. PRESENTER introduces themselves, cross edifies the host, and shares a short story about themselves. PRESENTER will then go through boxes 1-10 on the Presentation Sheet - If there are 2 Presenters, they will switch off (Presenter 1 does boxes 1-3, Presenter 2 does boxes 4-10) At the end of the presentation, the PRESENTER tells everyone that there are 3 responses: - The guest is ready to get started - The guest has questions and we will stick around to answer those questions - It is not the right timing for the guest but they should support the host’s new business by trying out the product and being a customer or donating to Caring Hands. HOST should help PRESENTER hand out Distributor Applications to EVERYONE At this point, the people interested in joining the business should wait around in the living room and people wanting to become customers should go to the kitchen to check out the products. They should be given Customer Applications at this point.

HOW TO SIGN SOMEONE UP Instructions for this Section: Simple tutorial for signing up a new customer/distributor. If internet connectivity is an issue, use the paper applications located on www.dreamteamkyani.com or in the app (these should already be printed if you’re having a PBR.)

Enroll a new Customer - Please refer your new customers to your replicated website so they can order directly from you. - If possible, you always want to guide your customers as they are making their orders. - Kyani’s ordering pages will ask the customer about Prime, Autoship, and Add-Ons for you!

Enroll a new Distributor - Open the Kyani Mobile App - Scroll over and tap on Enrollment - Have the new distributor pick the package that is right for their budget - Follow the instructions on the enrollment pages for Autoship, Consent Pages, Account Info, and finally Payment Information Congratulations on your new Distributor! Make sure they receive the Kyani Welcome Email to start their journey!

LAUNCHING SOMEONE NEW Instructions for this Section: The steps here are what you should go through with your new distributor to properly launch them. If you have any doubts, sit down at another Launch Training with your upline to learn how they do it.

Training Guide Have the new distributor download and print out this entire document. Advise them to read and follow all instructions up until the Launch Training Day sheets.
