Amirah Giving will work with brap, primarily focusing on changing cultural attitudes to violence against women amongst faith leaders and men and boys, to better support Muslim women experiencing domestic abuse.

Ann Craft Trust will build an evidence base about the impact of domestic abuse on disabled people and develop practice and policy recommendations.

Step Up! for Migrant Women is a campaigning and research project for asserting the rights of all women survivors of violence against women to access safe reporting and appropriate services. It aims to create a ‘firewall’ between reporting of violence against women and immigration control.

Manchester Action on Street Health

A consortium of MASH, Manchester Rape Crisis and Trafford rape crisis will work with Manchester Metropolitan University to carry out research into the needs of female survivors of sexual violence and exploitation and consult on and develop a network of specialist and non-specialist provision across all 10 Greater Manchester boroughs.

The charity will further develop and deliver a specialist therapeutic practice framework and training modules to improve organisational competency across the sector, making use of a Train the Trainer system to embed the approach in other charities.
