Team Trivia Challenge Registration Form The Waupun Athletic Booster Club is proud to be hosting its 1st annual Team Trivia Challenge to be held on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Waupun Area High School. The Booster Club supports all 19 sports programs at Waupun High School (HS). Money raised from this event will go toward fitness center upgrades, Hudl game film software, a wireless scoring system in the High School gym and individual team requests. The cost is $80/table. Tables consist of no more than 8 participants, high school age or older. This registration form & payment should be returned no later than Saturday, March 6, 2017.
