tuesday, july 4, 2017 The annual Patriotic Parade begins at 9 a.m. at Samuel and Sandy Lake Rd. where it will proceed west on Parkway to Town Center. There is no charge to enter the parade; however, all organizations must complete an entry form. All entries must attend a mandatory pre-parade meeting on Monday, June 26th to be allowed to participate in the Parade — no exceptions. start time:

Samuel Blvd. to Parkway Blvd. to Town Center Blvd.
line-Up time:
Arrive and set up between 7:30-8:30 a.m. All parade vehicles will line up in the designated area in the parking lot at the northeast corner of Sandy Lake and Samuel (St. Ann’s Church) Be prepared for line up beginning at 8:45 a.m.
judging: entry deadline:
8:15 a.m. Judging of all parade entries. Friday, June 23 at 5:00 p.m.
pre-parade meeting:
Monday, June 26 at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Center Council Chambers. Mandatory for ALL. A representative from each entry is required to attend the pre-parade meeting. 255 E. Parkway Blvd.

A representative will be present at the pre-parade meeting in the Council Chambers on Monday, June 26 at 6:00 p.m. (255 E. Parkway Blvd.) If a representative is not present , my group understands that we cannot participate in the parade.
