An Education Accessible to All Families It is the philosophy of Christian Unified Schools to offer a Christ-centered education to every member of the community, regardless of economic status. CUSSD is committed to helping any qualifying family by providing tuition assistance to help them make Christian education a reality for their family. Contributions from supporters of CUSSD make this financial assistance possible. A Note Regarding Fundraising: Tuition and fees provide only a portion of the total cost required to educate a student at Christian Unified Schools of San Diego. CUSSD does not participate in student sales activities (ie: candy sales), but does conduct fund- raising campaigns (jog-a-thon, auction, Annual Fund), and asks that each family make contributions to the school as their circumstances allow. In addition to monetary gifts, many parents contribute time and resources to perform tasks that would otherwise result in increased expenses to CUSSD.
