$60 Members/ $70 Non Members 6 CE Hours This course will show attendees how to Turbo Charge their CMAs by learning the basic knowledge to complete a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), and applying this knowledge to REALTORS PROPERTY RESOURCE (RPR) for more accuracy. It will cover training in choosing comparables, applying adjustments and determining a price for a property, and then the application into the RPR program to create more accurate refined prices of properties. This course will also teach how to make manual adjustments and use RPR’s refining values tool to add homeowner improvements and how deferred maintenance affects pricing to better assist clients whether buying or selling.
