Turning Stone Resort Casino Official Rules This promotion is sponsored by Turning Stone Resort Casino, LLC (“Turning Stone”) PURCHASE IS NOT NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS PROMOTION. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Turning Stone periodically sponsors promotions through Facebook, which require participants to post a comment on the Facebook page, or to answer a trivia question or guess the # in the appropriate comment box on the Facebook page to be entered. These Official Rules provide the general rules for these promotions. Specific details, including the start/end date and times for each comment promotion will be specified within the Facebook post announcing the promotion (either in the post or within the “comments” section). 1. Eligibility. Participation is open only to adults who are at least 18 years old as of date of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. While anyone can post a comment to enter the promotion, only Participants who are TS Rewards members and present their TS Rewards card can receive the prize(s) awarded during this promotion. TS Rewards Cards are FREE. Individuals with proper identification and who are at least 18 years of age may obtain a Rewards Card by visiting the TS Rewards desk at Turning Stone (open SundayThursday8am-Midnight and Fridays and Saturdays 8am-2am). Employees, officers and directors of Turning Stone and its parent organizations, affiliates and sponsors, and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband/wife, son/daughter), are not eligible to enter the Promotion. 2. How to Enter. Participants enter by commenting on the Facebook post for the applicable promotion. All valid comments on the promotion’s Facebook post will be eligible to win. Limit 1 entry per person per promotion. 3. Prize(s). A description of the prize and its value will be detailed within Facebook post for each promotion (either in the post itself or within the “comments” section). 4. Winning a Prize; Odds. Participants’ odds of winning depend solely on the number of valid, registered entries. At the conclusion of the contest period, the winner(s) will be selected randomly from all valid entries. Winners will be announced in a comment to the Facebook post and the winner(s) will also receive a direct message from Turning Stone through Facebook. Any unclaimed prizes after 72 hours of notification are forfeited. By entering the promotion, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Turning Stone, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion. 5. Claiming Prize(s). All prizes must be claimed within 72 hours of announcement of the winner(s). If the prize for a promotion is a “Free Play”, a winner will be asked for his or her TS Rewards number when they receive their direct message and the dollar value of the “Free Play” prize will be added to their TS Rewards Card within 24 hours of Turning Stone receiving their information. Concert tickets and other prizes are to be redeemed, with proper identification, including a Turning Stone Rewards Card, at the Turning Stone Resort Casino Box Office, 5218 Patrick Road, Verona, NY 13478, during regular Box Office hours. Participants receiving prizes must use such prizes in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions regarding such prizes. All prizes awarded during this promotion are non-negotiable and non-transferable. When claiming in-person, winners are required to provide valid photo identification at the time of award for verification. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Turning Stone reserves the
right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner(s) will be required to fill out a Form 1099 and other forms requested. 6. Release. Turning Stone Resort Casino and its parent organizations and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury or other harm related to or resulting from participating in this promotion, claiming or using any prize(s). By entering this promotion, each participant and winner releases and holds Turning Stone and Facebook and their respective parent organizations, affiliates and sponsors, and each of their respective representatives, officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any kind in connection with the promotion (including without limitation as a result of the acceptance, use of or inability to use any prize). Turning Stone is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Promotion. 7. Voluntary Participation. Participation is voluntary. By participating in this promotion and accepting any prize, each participant grants Turning Stone, or its designee, permission to use his/her name, picture/likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, voice recording and any statements made by such participant regarding the promotion or its business operations for promotional or publicity purposes without notice, further permission or compensation. 8. Right to Cancel; Disqualification. Turning Stone reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time. Participants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere or tamper with this promotion in any way, will be disqualified. Interference with this promotion includes the posting of any materials that are deemed inappropriate by Turning Stone. Inappropriate posts will be removed and the entry will be disqualified from the contest. Turning Stone may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Turning Stone representatives. . 9.
