A hearing to consider the Motion of Debtors and Debtors in Possession,

Pursuant to Section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rule 6006 and Local Bankruptcy Rule 6006-1(a), for an Order Authorizing the Assumption of Employment Agreement of Brian J. Driscoll, as Amended (the "Motion"), filed by the above-captioned debtors and debtors in possession (the "Debtors"), shall be held before the Honorable Robert D.
