T-Shirt Size (Men’s Sizes): Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability. 1) You are in charge of coordinating the setup/takedown of a particular area at the County Fair and a parent approaches you with a concern about how the event is being run. How would you handle this situation?

Green Team Information and Dates: Green Team Meeting .............Tuesday, July 12th (6pm – 7pm) – County Extension Office Superintendent Box Night......Thursday, July 14th (7pm – 8pm) – Location To Be Determined Fair Setup ...............................Thursday, July 21st (4pm – 9pm) – Graham Arena 2 General Exhibit Entry Day.....Saturday, July 23rd (9am – Finish) – Graham Arena 2 Help Superintendents & Judges (Enter your own Fair Exhibits before you begin helping) Olmsted County Fair ..............Monday, July 25th – Sunday, July 31st Required to work 15 hours during the County Fair (scheduled and choice at July 12th Meeting) Takedown (Day 1) .................Sunday, July 31st (6:00pm – 7:30pm) – Graham Arena 2 Takedown (Day 2) .................Monday, August 1st (5pm – Finish) – Graham Arena 2 The above mentioned dates and times are required in order to earn a $200 stipend from the 4-H Board of Directors. If you know in advance, that one of these dates or times does not work, please explain below. The 15 hours during the County Fair will be discussed during the Green Team Meeting, Tuesday, July 12th. You will not be expected to work during a show or previous commitment in which you are involved. Some time may be spent in the Burger Barn helping with basic duties. Green Team members must have completed 9th grade (at the time of the fair), have access to dependable transportation and be a current member of the Olmsted County 4-H Program. Green Team members must be able to work cooperatively with youth and adults of all ages.
