No purchase is necessary. To enter the Club 250 cash drawings, send a postcard to 4Life c/o Club 250 entry, 9850 S. 300 W. Sandy, Utah, 84070. By participating in the Club 250 drawing, entrant acknowledges that he/she is a 4Life distributor in good standing. Entries must include entrant’s name, address, phone number, and the words “monthly drawing” or “quarterly drawing” (whichever drawing is applicable). Entries must be received by the last day of the calendar month/quarter to be eligible for the drawing that month/quarter. A submission equals one entry. Limit one entry per month/quarter.
