Didak’s was born in 2008, founded by Didac Casanovas, with the intention of innovating the world of the climbing holds. Slowly it is being known all over the world and a few years ago we discovered the way of creating all our holds and volumes from polyurethane. We have therefore converted the first business of fabricating holds from polyurethane in the entire the Iberic peninsula. Our designing team and our climbing team think and create all holds with the intention to show its potential. The fight continues every day for the perfection of our product, a product created by climbers, our climbers.

Polyurethane Polyurethane PU We have developed high quality raw materials, because holds are no longer what they used to be and every day we are demanding more in regard of the quality of our product. That is why Didak’s is the first company to manufacture polyurethane climbing holds throughout the Iberian peninsula. Polyester and their loads belong to the past we are always looking towards the future by using pure resin, without any loads left, thus leaving them to act their mechanical properties, offering high durability and resistance to being worn out and knocks, flexibility in dryness and an incredible texture. We work with our supplier of resins every day to continue improving the quality of the polyurethane. www.didaks.com

Hollowback System There are many reasons why we’ve created the vacuum system from all holds that we believed we had to do. Using our Hollowback system, we have reduced twice its weight, so the installation of this will be much easier and the route setter won’t have to be loaded with such weight. Another advantage is that we have reduced the price because of the large amount of material we save. Finally and most importantly, we generate less waste, thus having the same hold with much less material, so the resistance remains as extremely compact. www.didaks.com

Fixation All our holds have been designed since 2013 with double fastening system, being able to use cylindrical allen screws (FHC) or countersunk allen screws (CHC). This allows us to reach the needs of all climbing gyms around the world. This system includes a stainless steel washer, so that neither the weather nor the cleaning liquid can damage it, thus giving the hold infinite life. Furthermore, all our holds are from size M, take one second security hole, to use them with screws, so preventing any unwanted movement and offering a maximum setting of the holds to our ceiling. www.didaks.com

Magneto cap Bigger climbing holds always need longer screws, this is why we have developed & patented the new magneto cap. This magneto cap which can be set up with same 8 allen key used for the screw, has a magnetic system to make sure the cap keeps attached to the allen key and we won’t loose it. This way we will be equipping several meters above the ground without worrying if our cap will fall on the floor. In our shop we created the Wood Dragon Balls, based on our Dragon Balls that have been so famous around the world, we decided that the moment of recreating them has come and we have developed them even more than their older models. We decided to start to work with wood, so that we can work quickly and create distinct sizes, from 60 mm to 150mm. At the same time you can notice the lovely texture and leave to one side the chemical products. We’ve designed a ring to hold them, that gives them a lovely appearance, fabricated with stainless steel to avoid rust caused by sweat from the hands. But not only that, this ring is displaced from the ball by 1 cm so that the ring to be able to put through a carabiner without disturbing the fingers when holding the ball from above. The structure is made of high quality steel and very easy to assemble, as it is only mounted with 8 allen screws. I’m Guillem Montsech and I’m 14 years old, I have been climbing since I was 8. What I like about climbing, rock climbing, is where the walls are inclined and with many strips. Since I’ve been climbing I could climb a 8a, 7c and 7c +. I really like their holds, but what I enjoy most is the people behind this brand as I climb with them and all the team.

I’m Monkie, came from Macao, China. I stared climbing in 2004, specialized in sportive climbing and boulder. I like meeting new people and traveling just to climb. My favourite place is Rodellar in Spain, and for the boulder, in France, Fontainebleau. I like Didak’s, its products are unique and very characteristic. The holds are incredible, they give you the necessary adhesion and they are long lasting. Since I used their products, I couldn’t use any other.

For me, the definition of climbing is very clear, my life. I don’t climb as a sport, I do it as a philosophy and a way of life, where there is a great importance to the particularities of people, places, cultures, personal feelings and shared feelings, emotions, etc. And personal or mental self improvement grows when everything unites and that a part of these feelings can be true, I have the great luck of forming part of one of the greatest company of holds, due to their textures, designs, innovations and because behind this, there is a group of people who are unique, responsible, do a great job and they have a lovely personality. My name is Rut and I’m 13. I’ve been climbing since I was 6. Climbing is what motivates me most. The last summer I climbed mount Samantha in País Vasco, and there was very cold.
