MAP OF DUBLINE ROUTE

WAYFINDING SIGNS This scheme involves adapting the current wayfinding signs by marking the Dubline route in the distinctive colour orange to guide tourists to and along the route.

INTERPRETIVE PANELS A series of interpretive panels will be located along the Dubine route to compliment the existing wayfinding system, by providing information to visitors on destinations, landmarks and places of interest located in the Dubline vicinity of the route.

St Audeon’s Park

This project involves illuminating the medieval City Wall on Cook Street. The addition of lighting will offer tourists and members of the public an enhanced view of the City Wall and Gate during the evening and at night time. The lighting scheme will allow the walls to be colour themed for major events and festivals in the city.

City Walls Floodlighting

This scheme will improve the historic setting of City Hall/Rates Office and improve the ceremonial access to Dublin Castle.

Crane Street Environmental Improvements

This project is focused on undertaking improvements to the public realm of Crane Street, which leads from Thomas Street to the Guinness Storehouse. This route is one of the busiest side streets off the Dubline spine and carries significant number of visitors and pedestrians.
