We had to make 288 of these aluminum gussets to trim out the corners of the parts panels.
Here’s me and the team that went to SEMA. We’re happy because we finally finished setting up the booth and could go get some well needed rest.
Torbin, without our SmartShop ATC, we would not have been able to complete our booth in the amount of time that we did, nor for the price, if we had to do everything by hand. Many of the parts that we make would also cost us more and not come out as clean. Thanks for making some awesome tools! Javier and Shawn, thanks for all of the help you give when our machine has a “hiccup”. Bob, thanks for the awesome job you did training us and the quality time that we got to spend with you when you were down here. Benny, thanks for getting our order and terms taken care. Once we move, we already have a room adjacent to the showroom where the SmartShop will reside. We plan on putting in a large dual pane sliding glass door in between the rooms so customers are able to see the machine in action. Next on our list is a 5x10 plasma cutter. We currently have a PlasmaCam with a water-table that we built, but we need something larger. We would also like to have tube cutting capabilities, so hopefully you are working on that too. Get me some pricing and options so we can get something in the works soon. Since we are in the metal fabrication side of the aftermarket car parts industry, let me know if there is anyway that we can help promote the new CNC plasmas.
