Samples & Ordering Have a chat about the club stash you are wanting to order and ask about samples and online ordering facilities.
Advertise to Members Let your members know what stash is going to be available for them to buy. Show them the graphics and any samples that you ordered. Let them know the prices and give them a date to place orders by.
Design Approval We will set up and sample any new designs and email them to you for final approval.
Invoicing & Payment Paying for your stash couldn’t be easier. Your club or society has 28 days to settle your account and payment can be made by cheque, online or by direct bank transfer. If your order is to be paid through your university or college finance system, remember that you will need to provide a valid PO number at the time of order.

Sort Out Your Designs Send over the designs that you would like to embroider or print on your stash in as high a resolution as possible. Our design team will then send you back on-screen graphics of what your garments will look like.
Compile & Place Your Order Make a list of everything that your club or society wants. Send it over email on a spreadsheet or something similar. Give us the names of the people who have ordered and we will “manpack” their order.
Production & Delivery After we have final approval, production will get underway and your order should be with you within about 21 days. Remember, delivery is free of charge and can be made to the address of your choice.

Environmental Ethics Image Scotland take the issue of environmental ethics in the personalised clothing and apparel industry very seriously. That’s why for 2017-18, we have gone out of our way to associate ourselves with our brand partners that adhere to the highest possible standards set by the industry. These worldwide recognised accreditations ensure that stringent ethical standards must be met which gives you, our valued customers, confidence that practices such as child labour, unfair working conditions and environmental pollution are not used during the production of the garments advertised. Throughout our 2017-18 University Brochure, you will see various symbols listed against many of the products listed. We thought it would be helpful to give you a background to each one.
WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production) WRAP is an independent, objective, non profit team of social compliance experts dedicated to promoting safe, lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing around the world. They use a process of certification and education and manufacturers that adopt WRAP all have to operate to a cohesive and comprehensive code which is independently policed. WRAP sets out a number of major principles ranging from prohibition of child and forced labour to drugs interdiction and customs compliance. It covers laws and workplace regulations including hours or work, discrimination and health & safety, as well standards and regulationsin relation to the environment. OEKO-TEX® OEKO-TEX® is an internationally recognised testing standard which sets minimum acceptable levels for substances which might be harmful to humans or the environment that can be used during the garment production process. It deals with the four major areas of textile ecology –
1. Disposal Ecology – recovery, recycling, disposal 2. Production Ecology – operational safety, water and energy consumption, formation of dust and excessive noise 3. Performance Ecology – the effects of washing and dry cleaning on the environment 4.
