NONSCORABLE AND OBSOLETE MATERIALS CST/CMA/CAPA/STS test booklets were due to the school’s testing center together with scorable materials by May 19, 2015. If you still have test booklets at your school, please deliver them to your school’s testing center no later than June 5, 2015. CELDT obsolete materials were picked up from schools May 26-29, 2015. If obsolete materials were not picked up or if you have found additional obsolete materials at your school, please delivery the materials to your school’s testing center no later than June 5, 2015.
BRAILLE—SMARTER BALANCED TESTS Please deliver Braille Smarter Balanced test booklets to your school’s testing center no later than June 5, 2015.
SMARTER BALANCED TEST RESULTS The District will receive Smarter Balanced school summary reports and the parent and guardian score reports in early August. Schools will receive their summary reports and a copy of the parent and guardian report in mid-August. As in previous years, the District will mail a second copy of the parent and guardian report to the address the school has entered in MiSIS for each student who tested. Annual release of CAASPP statewide results is tentatively scheduled for mid-August. The CAASPP results for Science and Standards-based Tests in Spanish results will be reported using the same format as in previous years. However, the CDE and ETS are currently developing a new Web site to display the Smarter Balanced Summative Assessment Results in a new graphical and dynamic way.
TOMS DOWNTIME The Test Operations Management System (TOMS) has an upcoming scheduled downtime for upgrades and system maintenance. The downtime will be from Friday, June 5, through Saturday, June 6. Downtimes will be in effect from 6 p.m. on the first day through 8 a.m. on the second day (Pacific Time).
