You and your design and research skills will play an important role in helping our clients transform in digital driven companies. You will work in multidisciplinary teams of developers and designers, creating state of the art digital solutions. Ranging from (responsive) websites to APPs and from customer facing services to tools empowering employees. Your skills ü You have ample interaction design experience. Analytical thinking enables you to dissect complex process and requirements in logical and easy-to-use flows. You aren’t afraid of flowcharts and wireframes, but also agile enough to quickly create a working solution together with a developer. ü You have research skills. You appreciate the common (research) artefacts used in design and development, such as personas and customer journeys. You are able to add to these artefacts by conducting relevant research. You also know which methods you can use to validate a (digital) product. And you’re able to interpret research outcomes and incorporate them in your work. ü You are able to present and explain your work and to advise your clients. Your communication skills are strong. As a consultant, you enjoy presenting your work to colleagues and clients alike. You are able to explain your choices and their rationale, also for people with other skills and backgrounds. Your background ü Three or more years of relevant working experience (or are able to convince us otherwise). ü Driven, talented, curious and enterprising. ü A bachelor or master in a related field. ü Able to work in an agile (scrum) team. ü Aware of the latest trends in the field, and also of best practices. ü Computer-literate: you already use industry-standard software (such as Adobe CS, Sketch, Axure or Omnigraffle) in your work, and are quick at learning new software. ü Ideally, you are able to mock your designs in working prototypes. ü Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing). ü Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
