Recruitment Qualifications 

            



Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (database management or information management or Computer Science or Social Science) or a related field from an accredited academic institution with 4 years of relevant professional experience Minimum four years of experience in data management. MS Access and database development skills (Required) Advanced Excel Skills: functions, macros, forms, pivots (Required) Experience with relevant software such as: ArcGIS/QGIS, SPSS, VB, Java, SQL and other data visualization tool (Desirable) Experience in developing dashboards (Desirable) Proven ability in translation from Myanmar to English (Desirable) Experience with handling confidential data Experience in advanced data visualization and information design skills A strong understanding of UN/NGO data collection methods, priorities, and interests, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to present accurate information in a clear, concise and visually engaging manner, Ability to work in a challenging, time sensitive, rapidly changing environment, and to work collaboratively with a diverse team, Previous Information Management experience is desirable, especially within the context of a UN or INGO in Myanmar Fluency in English, both written and spoken an absolute requirement.
