Valentine’s Day Giveaway Competition Terms & Conditions

The Valentine’s Day Giveaway competition is organized by the Seychelles Tourism Board and will run from 9th February 2017 to 13th February 2017

To qualify for the competition, participants must LIKE the Facebook Page of CaranaBeach Hotel and LIKE the Seychelles Tourism Board Facebook Page. Those who have not LIKED the CaranaBeach Hotel Facebook page and Seychelles Tourism Board Facebook Page will automatically be disqualified. Employees of CaranaBeach Hotel and Seychelles Tourism Board are NOT eligible to participate in the contest.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry in the contest.

The competition is not open to residents of Seychelles.

The mechanics of the contest are as follows: -

Participants must LIKE the Facebook Page of CaranaBeach Hotel and LIKE the Facebook page of the Seychelles Tourism Board. Participants must tag the name of the person that they would like to go to Seychelles with in the comments section underneath the competition poster, which will be posted on the Seychelles Tourism Board Facebook page. To be an eligible winner, the participant will need to follow all the above points. The winner will be chosen at random. The selected winner of the competition will receive: 2 nights stay for 2 persons on Bed & Breakfast basis at the CaranaBeach Hotel in the form of a voucher. Booking is subject to availability. 1 return ticket to the Seychelles on board Air Seychelles. The ticket will be in the form of a voucher from Seychelles Tourism Board. For booking the winner will have to contact the Digital Marketing department of the Seychelles Tourism Board.
6.
The Seychelles Tourism Board’s decision on matters relating to the competition (including, but not limited to the selection of the winner) shall be final and absolute. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge by any of the eligible participants in respect of any decision of the organizer shall be entertained.
7.
The prizes cannot be exchanged or sold for cash and are non-transferable to any other person.
8.
The Seychelles Tourism Board shall not be liable for any disruption to the contest, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of disruption to the Contest, reasonable efforts shall be used to remedy the disruption and resume the Contest on a fair and equitable basis to the Eligible Participants
9.
Seychelles Tourism Board reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
10.
By virtue of an entry to the contest, the eligible participants signify their absolute and unconditional acceptance and agreement to all the Terms & Conditions stipulated herein.
11.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the competition without any prior notice.
