Valentine’s Day Menu 2017 ALL MEALS ARE $40.00 EACH AND INCLUDE:

SALAD FOR TWO

Mixed greens and baby arugula with champagne -pink grapefruit vinaigrette, goat cheese and toasted pinenuts, and grapefruit segments Choose one of the following entrees:

STEAK DIANE

A seared Black Angus Ribeye steak finished with a Brandy Dijon artichoke sauce. Served with Lyonnaise potatoes, and steamed broccolini with roasted peppers

ROASTED HALF DUCK

With a sweet tangerines sauce. Served with a brown rice pilaf with toasted pecans, dried cherries and sautéed winter greens

SALMON OSCAR

Grilled Salmon filet topped with crab meat, asparagus, two large shrimp and Bearnaise sauce. Served with vegetable saffron rice

SPINACH CANNELLONI

Cremini mushroom sauce. Served with a maple walnut and butternut timbale, sauteed zucchini and Sauvignon Blanc sauce
