VENDOR APPLICATION This one-day event will run from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 22nd at Woodward Park. We welcome all informational booths geared toward educating individuals and families on Health Education at no cost. Also, all non-profit organizations that wish to promote the services they offer are welcome at no cost, but we do ask that all vendors please provide a raffle prize. Applications will be subject to approval by the Fresno AIDS Walk committee and must be received by Friday, October 14th, 2016. All vendors wishing to sell merchandise are also welcome to join, but must pay a fee of $20. The selling of offensive merchandise is prohibited. No weapons of any kind or drug paraphernalia, for show or sale, will be permitted. Vendors are restricted from selling any food/beverages. Booth sharing is prohibited (each space may be occupied by one vendor). Applications will be subject to approval by the Fresno AIDS Walk committee and must be received by Friday, October 14th, 2016. or mail to The Living Room, 901 E. Belmont Fresno, CA 93701. All merchandise vendors must also send a check, money order, or credit card information. A merchandise application will not be accepted without full payment. Please reply by Friday, October 14th, 2016. Note: Vendor setup may begin no earlier than 7:30 am, with vehicles out of event area by 8:45 am. Breakdown may begin no earlier than 1:00 pm.

1. Booth Space Rental. Booth space rental is confirmed for all informational vendors once application is received and approved. Parking. A $5.00 fee is charged per vehicle to enter Woodward Park.
4. Set-up Time: Saturday, October 22nd, 7:30 am – 8:45 am. Vehicles must be moved from event area by 8:45am. 5.
Dismantle Time: must not begin before 1:00 pm.
6. Release. The Vendor hereby releases and waives any and all claims for personal injury, product liability, theft, breakage, or other damage, against Fresno AIDS Walk, The Living Room, WestCare California, its agents, contractors, and successors. Fresno AIDS Walk and WestCare expressly disclaim any obligation or representation related to the number of persons to be attending Fresno AIDS Walk, or the revenue to be derived there from. 7. All Vendors must carry out all trash generated by their booth. Trash cans and liners will be provided. 8. Sale Items / Informational Material.
