Vendor fees are a choice between artwork/services donated for the silent auction or $25. Public service organizations (like AA, Alanon, etc.) are free of charge. Please check one. Guidelines and Rules 1.
Set up times for the event are Saturday October 8, 2016 10:30 AM—12:30 PM. All vendors must be fully set up by 12:30 PM ahead of guest arrival.
This is a rain or shine event. We have rented two large pavilions next to the band shell at the park. It is best if you can provide your own tables, chairs, and canopy (like an EZ-UP), but some vendor space will be available under the pavilions. The park has tables and chairs for rental. The cost of these is due along with the application/payment. We do not have additional canopies for rent.
THIS IS, OF COURSE, AN ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE EVENT.
Bring plenty of change or your credit card processor. There is not a bank right next to the site where you could get extra change.
Any Canopy booths must either be staked down or weighted down in case of wind.
Booth placement is at the determination of RockSoberFest staff. When you arrive in the morning of the event staff will guide you to your assigned location.
Because we are having musicians and comedians performing on stage. Music at your vending space is prohibited to ensure a quality show for the attendees.
Vehicles are allowed on the paved areas of the park only. There is a short, flat, walk from the parking lot to the event space in the park.
Vendors are expected to staff their booth during the full festival hours of 1—7 PM
