Verona’s 4th Annual Green Fair Saturday, May 19th from 11:00am-4:00pm Vendor Setup 9:00am-11:00am Crafters/Merchants/ Vendors Participation Form Vendors may not break down exhibits before 3:00pm Description: Verona’s 4th Annual Green Fair will be held outside on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 11am-4pm in the Verona Civic Center Square, 600 Bloomfield Ave. Verona, NJ 07044. The fair will feature live music, a wide variety of vendors, exhibitions, live demonstrations, children’s games, activities, and arts n’ crafts. Sustainable Verona strives to raise awareness about environmental issues, innovative sustainability ideas and to showcase the steps people and their community can take to sustain their quality of life over the long term. *Rain date Sunday, May 20* Space Size: One 6ft. table will be provided by Verona for each vendor. A single space is approximately a 10’ length space to fit a 6’ table located along the street curb line. A limited number of tables will be provided. You may register for 2 single spaces. A canopy space is not bigger than 10’x10’. Fees: We are asking for a suggested donation of $25 from vendors. *There is no charge for non-profit organizations.
