elcome back to Northwood Park this afternoon, and we are pleased to see our supporters new and old, and also welcome all connected with Maldon & Tiptree F.C.; we trust they enjoy their stay with us and have a safe journey home later.

Maldon & Tiptree have had a mixed start to the season in the Bostik (Isthmian) League Division One North, holding 14th place with ten points from seven outings before last weekend. The Essex club played our fellow East Division club Hayes & Yeading United in an FA Cup first qualifying tie, drawing 3-3 at home before another high-scoring game in the replay saw them go out of the competition with a 3-4 scoreline. The visit from Ashford Town on Tuesday last week turned out to be a real shock for us all; despite playing some decent football in spells, the young Northwood side were made to pay for their inexperience, being undone time and again by mistakes in midfield, defence and in goal, which were ruthlessly punished by the visitors, who it must be said were magnanimous in victory. Following this afternoon’s match, we are at Bedford Town for an Evo-Stik League South fixture next Saturday, then on Tuesday 17th October are due at AFC Hayes in a first round Middlesex Senior Cup tie. The Woods are next at home on Saturday 21st October, when we entertain Aylesbury United - we hope to see you again then! There has generally been a good response to our innovation this season of publishing the matchday programme online, and there have certainly been more downloads of it than we previously sold copies – and without the cost of printing. Download figures to date have been: Moneyfields 134, Hayes & Yeading 103, Egham 127 and Ashford 91 – generally higher numbers than the attendance figures! Many thanks for your support, and we hope to see you here again very soon!

y notes today are rather brief, as I am currently dealing with the Local Authority and the Police following what can only be described as an arson attack on our turnstile area of the club and container in the ground.

This is following issues with individuals earlier in the week, of which the Police are aware. As I seem to be the only one here dealing with any issues, my day will be taken up with this. More from me next time.

schoolboy individual errors that has ensured at least a couple of sleepless nights for myself and the players. Going down to 10 men again also clearly didn’t help our cause.

We find ourselves approaching today’s game after a chastening heavy defeat last week against inform Ashford Town.

I unreservedly apologise to all at the club on behalf of the players and staff for the result against Ashford.

We met a ruthless side who punished pretty much every single mistake with a goal, and who displayed a quality of finishing rarely seen at this level.

They say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger and I will be doing all I can to pass on my own strength of character to these young guys to spin this particular period around for this football club.

For our part, since the excellent Harry Voss’s unfortunate departure through a freak injury, we have struggled to replace him with anything like the same standard of goalkeeper.

I am extremely positive for the future of this young squad, provided the lessons from games such as against Ashford Town can be taken on board.

Unfortunately there are multiple reasons for this but the problem was cruelly in evidence this week, with confidence killing performances from the incumbent custodian. We actually played some excellent quality football regularly throughout the whole game, only to make

aldon Town were formed in August 1946 as part of the Maldon Social and Athletic Club. The club initially joined Division Two of the Chelmsford & Mid-Essex League. The following season they played in the North Essex League before making a return to the Chelmsford & Mid-Essex League in 1949. They won the Premier Division that season and the following year joined the Premier Division of the Essex and Suffolk Border Football League. They won the league cup in 1964–65 and the Premier Division the following season, after which they joined the Eastern Counties Football League. Between 1966 and 1972, the club consistently finished in the bottom half of the Eastern Counties League, until they opted to leave to join the Essex Senior Football League. Town won the Essex Senior League in the 1984–85 season on a goal difference of two goals over Witham Town. They made a return

to the Eastern Counties League, joining Division One in 1996. In the 1997–98 season, Town finished as runners-up to Ipswich Wanderers and were promoted to the Premier Division. In the 2003–04 season, they were runners-up to A.F.C. Sudbury. Promotion and just one season in the Southern League Eastern Division followed, when the club were again promoted after beating Uxbridge 3–2 on penalties following a 2–2 draw in the play-

off final to reach the seventh tier of English football. Town were placed in the Isthmian League Premier Division for the 2005–06 season, but finished the season in 20thposition and relegated to the Isthmian League Division One North. Their first season in Division One North ended in disappointment after being barred from taking part in the play-offs due to ground grading issues. In September 2009, Maldon Town were taken over by Tiptree United chairman Ed Garty in a move which saw both clubs form under a single umbrella of control. Maldon boss Stuart Nethercott was removed as manager and Tiptree manager Colin Wallington took his place. Both teams would play from Maldon’s Park Drive ground while both teams completed their respective seasons. It was announced in April 2010 that Maldon Town would be rebranded as Maldon & Tiptree Football Club, with Tiptree United withdrawing from the Essex Senior League. In an effort preserve Tiptree United’s name and history, the club were incorporated into Maldon Town, while a new blue and red striped kit was revealed ahead of the 2010–11 season.

CLUB MATTERS SECRETARY

ALAN EVANS Buildbase FA Trophy Today we start the last of our FA competitions for the season as we play in the Preliminary round of the Buildbase FA Challenge Trophy with a home game against Bostik Isthmian League Division One side Maldon & Tiptree. It will be the first meeting between the two clubs since Maldon Town merged with Tiptree United in 2010 but we did meet regularly with Maldon Town when we were both members of the Isthmian League between 2007 and 2010; six times in all with the Woods winning three, drawing twice and losing just once. Last season the Jammers had a superb season under the management of former West Ham and Manchester City midfielder Kevin Horlock but missed out on automatic promotion to Brightlingsea Regent. They enjoyed home advantage for the play-off games, first beating Haringey Borough 5-4 in an exciting tie but then losing the final just 0-1 to Thurrock. They lost ace striker Liam Nash, who bagged 34 league goals last season, to Football League side Gillingham in the summer and they have had to do a bit of rebuilding for the new campaign. They started slowly but climbed to fourteenth in the table with an impressive 5-2

8

success at Brentwood Town on Tuesday night and they play at home to Tilbury this afternoon. Manager Horlock, who also played 32 times for Northern Ireland, is also assistant manager of his Country’s Under-21s and Colchester United’s Under-23s. We have won our opening FA Trophy game in each of the last two seasons. Last year it was probably our best performance of the season which saw the Woods record an impressive 6-3 victory at Dorking Wanderers in the preliminary round. The Surrey side were right at the top of Division One South of the Isthmian League at the time and went on to get promotion through the play-offs so history suggests it was a real success. However, we then faced an even tougher game in the next round, away against Royston Town, who of course ran away with our own league title! We notched a creditable 2-2 draw though before losing the replay 4-1 here at Northwood Park. Prior to that we defeated Potters Bar Town in a replay in 2015 but then lost disappointingly 1-3 at home to Bedford Town. In 2014 we got one stage further defeating Waltham Abbey 3-1 and then following that with success in a penalty shoot-out against Guernsey. In the Second Qualifying round we travelled to Wimborne Town down in Dorset but went down narrowly 2-1. The Woods’ best-ever season in the FA Trophy came in 2009/10 – eight years ago – when Abingdon United, Evesham United and Basingstoke Town were all beaten before a draw at Carshalton Athletic was followed by a heavy 0-5 defeat in the First Round proper. The winners of this tie will be at home in the first qualifying round to either Walton Casuals

or Canvey Island, both sides enjoying pretty good seasons at the moment. Canvey Island, who were relegated last season, are currently seventh in the same division as Maldon & Tiptree having lost just once in eight games while Walton Casuals, who are now playing in a brand-new stadium, are sixth in Isthmian League Division South. Middlesex Senior Challenge Cup We are not far away from also starting our final cup competition of the campaign – the Middlesex Senior Cup which the Woods won for the second time in 2016 when beating Enfield Town in the Final. This time we kick-off the Senior Cup with an away tie at AFC Hayes who were relegated from our League a couple of years ago and now play their football in the Combined Counties League. The game takes place on Tuesday 17th October 2017 with kickoff at 7.45pm. The winner of that game plays at home to Staines Town in the Second Round, then at home to one of Hanwell Town, Uxbridge or North Greenford United in the quarter-finals. Season Ticket Offer Once again the Club have made our cut-price season ticket available to all supporters for the new season. For only £40.00 you can gain access to all of the remaining League matches being played by the first-team this season, so less than £2.00 per match. There are application forms available in the clubhouse this week and if you fill it out and pass the money to us, you will get entry for today’s League fixture as part of the package. Alternatively you can order it direct by card at your leisure via the website. It will remain on offer for the next couple of months as it continues to provide value for money for some time. The price also includes admission to each of our Under-18s midweek youth league matches too. There are other benefits of the Season Ticket too. It gives you access to the Clubhouse at any time and also allows you to book it for private functions should you wish. We still have a few remaining Season Tickets available for collection from me this afternoon. Programme goes Digital ONLY If you were here for our opening home league games you will already be aware that if you are reading these notes in the programme, you are almost certainly reading it on your phone, tablet or on a PC screen as from the new season we are no longer producing a paper version. The League changed their rules this season to

state that the need to produce a programme for each match no longer had to be a printed version and for lots of reasons, we made the decision to end it. It is a change that will be strange for both Ken Green and myself as between us we have produced virtually every printed Northwood programme since Ken first started them in the 1970s. The quality of the programme should remain much the same though and to download it will now be free so savings all round. It also makes it more available to everyone. We have already had a massive increase in downloads of people reading the programme. You can either download it in a format that is easy to read or to print it out yourself at home should that be your preference. We hope you will embrace the change and enjoy it. However, we are aware that some people would prefer it to remain a printed edition and indeed, we have even received an offer from one of our loyal and regular supporters to cover the losses that the club makes when producing a printed version. So, we will consider it further over the next few weeks but please let us know what you think, either in person at a game or by email to the club email address [email protected] Under-18s – FA Youth Cup Following their excellent 5-1 defeat of Haringey Borough in the opening round of the FA Youth Cup, the Under-18s travelled to Chesham United for the First Qualifying round last Thursday night. They started at blistering pace and missed a host of chances before eventually taking the lead after just seven minutes through Femi Azeez. But just ten minutes later Chesham were level when Ollie Lawford, son of John Lawford one of the best predatory strikers of the last twenty years who played briefly for the Woods ten years ago, levelled after a defensive error. The same player then scored with a clever flick to make it 2-1 and it remained that way through to half-time. The Woods hit back on the hour when Azeez notched his second with a tap-in from close-range after a good header but Lawford completed his hat-trick almost immediately to leave the Woods behind again. But they weren’t finished yet and substitute Sam Netscher headed home an equaliser and the game went to extra-time. Kyran Worrell had a free-kick that came back off a post while Callum Bedwell’s header was cleared off the line but it was the home side that snatched the 4-3 victory with a goal on 107 minutes. It was an entertaining and competitive game and while the Woods should really have won having dominated for long spells, they can be proud of the win with ten of the starting eleven

CLUB MATTERS players still only sixteen and with another year at youth level still to come in 2018/19. However, after a glut of home games, they don’t play at Northwood again until November 2nd when they face Camberley Town in the Lucas Fettes League Cup and follow that at home in the Middlesex County Youth Cup v. either Ashford Town (Middx) or Bedfont Sports a week later. Groundshare – London Tigers FC You will have heard over the summer that we have allowed Spartan South Midlands League side London Tigers to have a one-year only groundshare arrangement here at Northwood Park this season. Their ground at Avenue Park on the Western Avenue (formerly Viking Sports) was pretty much ruined following a visit by a travelling community last season and they needed somewhere to play while they have the ground cleared and decontaminated. We had already decided to look for a new League for our reserve side after the Suburban League had involved increased travelling over the years and we have put our backing into a new Middlesex

10

Northwood v Marlow

Under-23 Development League which is now planned. That doesn’t start until next season, 2018/19, so the groundshare suits all parties and next year we will revert to the important “reserve” side that will be a stepping stone between our top youth side and senior football. Anyone with a Northwood Season Ticket can gain admission to their Spartan South Midlands League games for half-price, which will be £3.50 for adults or £3 for OAP’s. Like our own games, Under-16s are admitted free so if you can’t get along to the first-team away games then please pop along to see the Tigers. Their next fixtures here at Northwood Park are on Saturday 14th and Tuesday 17th October when they take on firstly Biggleswade FC and then Fergus Moore’s Edgware Town side. Player Sponsors As the season is still fairly new, why not work out who your favourite Northwood player is and then choose to sponsor them. Elsewhere in today’s programme you can see the full squad and only a handful of players are already sponsored. It would be great to get the page filled up as early as possible this season.

he Woods lost their form completely as in-form Ashford Town (Middlesex) stormed to a stunning victory as an ideal warm-up for their forthcoming FA Cup tie against Leatherhead at the weekend. The visitors came storming out of the traps and quickly had the Woods rookie defensive line-up under pressure. Jack Beadle got forward well in the left and slipped a neat ball into Dan Fleming whose shot was well blocked by Robinson for a corner. From that Romario Jonas was allowed a totally free header but he powered the ball the wrong side of the post.

After just eight minutes the Woods backed off and gave Mark Bitmead too much space just outside the box and the Tangerine’s sharp-shooter took aim and fired low inside the post with McCorkell stranded. The Woods ‘keeper did save well when Fleming got his head on the end of a Jonas cross and the side tried to play their way out of trouble but they were hit on the counter-attack again on 20 minutes. A ball from Michael Buckley was intended for Tom McDonnell but he failed to control the ball and was robbed. It was quickly played across to Bitmead, once again in space and this time he picked the top corner with unerring accuracy. Northwood needed to get themselves back in the game and Meshach Williams flicked a header that flew across goal but well wide before also latching onto a long-ball with a shot that was well saved at the near-post by goalkeeper Tyler Tobin. Unfortunately, in between those efforts, Rose was adjudged to have fouled thirty yards from goal and Bitmead seized upon the opportunity to complete a first-half hat-trick with a free-kick that was floated over the wall and through the hands of the diving McCorkell. Harry Newman tested Tobin with a long-range effort just before the break but Ashford led 3-0 and there was a mountain to climb for the Woods in the second-half. No yellow cards in the first-half but suddenly it all changed as first Rose and then Ashford’s Tommy Brunton were cautioned within four minutes of the restart. Newman made some inroads down the left and knocked in a dangerous cross that wasn’t cleared and in the scramble that followed Williams had a shot blocked and then Buckley’s effort deflected and looped up into the arms of Tobin. Ashford grabbed a fourth against the run of play after 55 minutes. Evans Kouassi was robbed by Alex Fisher who broke quickly to feed Bitmead who continued his personal field day with a fourth goal. The Woods did respond quickly and with the introduction of Mahlondo Martin for Williams and a slight adjustment to the formation, they suddenly put the visitors under pressure. On the hour Robinson got forward down the left and knocked in a cross that Newman headed past Tobin for his first goal for the club. For about ten minutes, there was a few thoughts of a stirring comeback. Lewis Hobbs made a strong run from out of defence and slipped in Newman but his effort was well saved by Tobin. Then Pat Kelly attacked from the right but shot well wide. But Ashford were able to restore their four-goal advantage after 72 minutes when some defensive errors presented substitute Jabir Laraba with a simple task of scrambling the ball home from closerange. Northwood continued to show some great spirit and a long-range effort from Chingoka again brought Tobin into action as he just held on under pressure while an excellent exchange of passes between Martin and Kelly seemed to get the substitute in on goal but he delayed too long and was tackled. After 82 minutes Kelly put in another cross which saw Chingoka’s shot whistle just wide of the post. But the horror show wasn’t finished yet. After 85 minutes Rose picked up a second yellow after a tussle just outside the box to leave the defence even more short-handed for the closing stages and it showed. Laraba’s shot from distance somehow eluded defence and ‘keeper as it crept in for number six and in stoppage-time Jonas again got his head to a corner and this time made no mistake. www.northwoodfc.com

UXBRIDGE NORTHWOOD

SATURDAY SATURDAY23RD 9TH SEPTEMBER SEPTEMBER2017 2017 EVO-STIK LEAGUE SOUTH WESTWOOD HONEYCROFT ROAD, ST IVES

T

he Woods slipped to their fourth defeat in succession with this self-inflicted defeat in the Middlesex derby at rivals Uxbridge, who came from behind to notch their first home win since the opening day of the season. The Woods were slow out of the blocks and the opening stages belonged to the home side. After just three minutes former Woods midfielder James Burgess was the first to record a shot that flashed wide but soon after a ball over the top saw Dylan Kearney through on goal but though he beat McCorkell the ball was wide of the far post.

There were ten minutes on the clock when Northwood breached the Uxbridge defence for the first time as Harry Newman got in a dangerous cross and defender Dave Thomas sliced his clearance high over the bar for a corner. But it was only a brief respite and Uxbridge got their first effort on target after 20 minutes when Joe Wright hit a goalbound shot that was cleared off the line by an alert Buckley. Just three minutes later Wright got his head on the end of a Thomas cross but the ball came back off the crossbar. Northwood’s attempts to form some attacks of their own came mainly through Newman but he was brought down in full flow on two occasions, earning yellow cards for both Ben Peden and debut defender Sam Aggrey-Adam with free-kicks coming to nothing. Meanwhile Uxbridge were still putting the Woods defence under pressure with McCorkell saving well from a Matt Sinclair effort and then a mazy dribble from Rhys Rabess saw him beat two defenders but shoot over the bar. The half came to an end after a similar run from NoyanTajbakhsh got him into the box and this time McCorkell did well to save with his legs. The Woods coaching staff must have got their points across well at half-time because their side looked a different prospect after the break. They attacked down the hill in much more organised fashion and were quickly on top. The opening goal came on 48 minutes as Evans Kouassi sped down the right past his marker and knocked in a perfect cross to the near-post where Meshach Williams headed powerfully past Paul McCarthy. Northwood should have doubled that lead eight minutes later as Newman did well on the left and Tom McDonnell played the ball off to Tayshan Hayden-Smith who shot over the bar with just the ‘keeper to beat. Two minutes later Newman and McDonnell combined well again with the ball running loose to Kouassi whose powerful shot was well blocked by Burgess. After 61 minutes a good run from Pat Kelly set up Williams for a good shot on the turn that flew over the top and Uxbridge changed things around by bringing on experienced striker Anthony Thomas for the tiring Wright who was just coming back from injury. Williams gave away a free-kick and picked up a booking for a clumsy challenge after 74 minutes and it was from Sinclair’s excellent delivery towards the near-post that Dave Thomas met with a deft flick which left McCorkell flatfooted and levelled the scores. It was Uxbridge who were pressing more for the winner in the closing stages. A long cross pumped in by Luke Warner-Eley saw Kearney’s header directed straight at McCorkell while Anthony Thomas picked up another yellow for the home side after hacking down Jack McDonnell. After Kearney had worked the ball across goal, Warner-Eley then let fly with a good strike from distance which wasn’t far wide but time was running out when McCorkell made a good save from a Sinclair shot on 86 minutes. As the Woods ‘keeper lay on the ground, Kearney followed in and appeared to make minimal contact with his boot but inexplicably McCorkell reacted badly as he recovered his feet and swung his arm at the striker. The result was a penalty followed by a red card and with Buckley donning the green shirt and keepers gloves to make his debut more memorable, he could do nothing to stop Anthony Thomas from scoring from the spot and putting Uxbridge in front. Despite six minutes of added time, the ten-men could do nothing to try to rescue the point as the home side managed the game through to the finish and the Woods were left pointless.

Moneyfields maintained their unbeaten start to the season, but were made to battle for a point at Hayes & Yeading United last week. They trailed to goals from Manny Duku in the 15th and 34th minutes, Steve Hutchings reduced the deficit 10 minutes after the restart and then Brett Poate equalised with what is becoming a trademark free-kick. Fellow new boys Hartley Wintney are second after they won 2-1 at the Runnymede Stadium against Egham Town. Paul Hodges gave the visitors a 19th minute lead that he doubled 8 minutes into the second half. Brendan Matthew replied for the Sarnies, but it wasn`t until the 88th minute. Kempton Rovers were comfortable 4-0 Hillgrounds winners against Aylesbury United. Jake Newman bagged a quickfire brace after the break following a goalless first half and then goals in the final 7 minutes from Sam Johnson and Nathan Tshikuna wrapped up victory for the Walnut Boys. Fleet Town hammered Uxbridge 6-0 to earn their first three points. Hero of the night was Farnborough loanee Pat Ruzicka, who netted a second half hat-trick. Sam Pekun and Matt Bunyan had given Fleet a 2-0 lead at the break, Ruzicka then bagged his first two on the hourmark and then 7 minutes later from the penalty spot, although he missed a chance to complete his hattrick when Paul McCarthy saved his second spotkick. Josh Baines scored another spot-kick and he completed his hat-trick with a third in the 87th minute.

Alan Evans looks back at Northwood events of a decade ago PHOTOS by PAUL EVANS

T

oday we continue with our popular feature where we look back to events here at Northwood Park from exactly a decade ago. This means our first season back at Step 4 of non-League following the firstever relegation in the senior club’s history as we succumbed to the drop in our second season of Southern Premier Division football having been transferred across following two years of Isthmian Premier competition.

There had been yet another surprise from the FA during the summer. We had expected to remain in the Southern League with relegation to play alongside the likes of Hillingdon Borough and Brook House who were both in the then South & West Division of the Southern but no, the FA had other ideas once again and

victory – a 3-2 success over promotion favourites Dartford. The FA Cup run had just come to an end by way of a 1-0 reverse away at Ryman Premier side Boreham Wood which, while disappointing, was far from a poor result. There was another week’s rest before getting back to League action on Saturday 22nd September 2007 with an away game at Waltham Abbey. Two players came in for their Northwood debuts. Goalkeeper Adam Thomson was in on a three-month loan deal from Hayes & Yeading United while up front after Elliott Buchanan had failed a fitness test and Kyle Matthews was delayed en route to the game, was reserve striker Adrian Abramian. Meanwhile, the home side had to play their veteran goalkeeping coach Tony Tilbrook in their goal as regular custodian John Hickman was away for the weekend while top scorer Billy Holland had departed the club to join Redbridge the day before. It was the kind of game that the Woods really needed to win if they were to start climbing the table but, on a hard and bumpy pitch, Waltham Abbey had a 100% record so far that season. It was Northwood who dominated the first-half and there were great chances for Jermaine Hamilton, Dwane Williams and Danny Murphy yet it was Waltham Abbey that were gifted a half-time lead on 37 minutes. A free-kick was

we found ourselves back in the arms of the Isthmian League and in Division One North with many trips round the M25 and into Essex! Our tenants Wealdstone had also been moved and started their third and final season sharing Northwood Park with us in the Isthmian Premier where we would have loved to have stayed a couple of years earlier. A slow start to the season had been improved by a narrow 1-0 win over unbeaten Uxbridge in the FA Cup and followed by a first league

TEN YEARS AFTER headed back across goal and Dean Clark, in attempting to clear and under no pressure whatsoever, sliced the ball into his own net. Williams went close to an equaliser on a couple of occasions while the Abbey’s Ian Sawyer had a shot saved by the legs of Thomson before Northwood finally found an equaliser on the hour mark. Clark played a neat ball forward to Abramian and the striker cut across his marker to fire home a left-foot shot and a debut goal. Hamilton missed another golden opportunity soon after but on 75 minutes a corner was cleared out as far as Abdul Yoki and he fired low an accurately for his first Woods goal and to put them 2-1 ahead. Waltham Abbey picked up the pace a little but there seemed little danger until three minutes

from time when Marc Sontag found enough space in the box to shoot across Thomson and into the far corner to level things up. Still Northwood should have won it as Abramian did well to set up Murphy for a strike that crashed back off the bar and Abramian’s diving-header to the rebound crept just inches wide of the post as it ended 2-2. The Woods were still in the bottom six when they travelled to Arlesey Town in midweek but a miserable performance saw them go down to an unremarkable 1-0 defeat. Elliott Buchanan was back from injury to partner Adrian Abramian up front for the visit of Ilford the following Saturday and Kyle Matthews replaced the injured Abdul Yoki on

the flank. The Woods got off to the perfect start with the opening goal after just four minutes as Buchanan sent over a fine cross which was met first-time by an Abramian volley that flew into the back of the net. They never looked back. Matthews was denied by Ilford ‘keeper James Marrable twice in quick succession, again getting on the end of Buchanan crosses while Simieon Howell curled an effort just wide. Abramian had another strike well saved and Brad Hewitt saw his header cleared of the line. It was still only 1-0 at half-time though and the Woods needed the second which came just five minutes after the restart. Skipper Dean Clark played a neat ball through for Buchanan and the 17-year-old nonchalantly flicked his shot past the ‘keeper. And the contest was pretty much over just two minutes later when Matthews sent a low drive into the far corner after Ilford had failed to clear a Clark corner.

Jermaine Hamilton replaced an injured Clark on the hour and the substitute had several great chances to score but was denied by Marrable who pulled off one excellent save and also had a penalty appeal waved away when clearly tripped in the box. Ilford did throw themselves a lifeline on 67 minutes when a quick break saw Jake Cole pull a goal back but they never looked like making any further inroads and the Woods notched all three points with a much-needed 3-1 victory. We will have more from Ten Years After in our next programme. www.northwoodfc.com
