Directive followed by Department of Defense, Justice Department, FBI, Secret Service, and U.S. Border Control agencies. • Hand selected to gather, prioritize, forecast, and present funding and research and development (R&D) requests on behalf of all U.S. Air Defense forces to the Under Secretary of Defense.
