Operated and manipulated patient care simulators, related media and computerized equipment. • Worked alongside the Associate Dean of Health Professions to prepare for 2014 Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) Accreditation. Worked over 50 hours weekly for three weeks prior to the CCNE visit while maintaining a full class load and maintained a 3.70 GPA.

Multiple Locations Sergeant First Class, Medical Corp 1992-2006 • Served in Iraq with 421st Medical Evacuation Company, supervising 60 combat soldiers in a 15 Blackhawk Medical Company, providing emergency medical evacuation in Baghdad, Fallujah, Tikrit, Mosul, and Kuwait. • Ensured compliance with federal safety regulations. Trained, evaluated and certified 15 flight medics, instructing medics on each readiness level within set time limitations and maintained 100% readiness level. • Maintained medical and personnel records for six facilities with approximately 1500 personnel. • Directed the shipment of equipment from Iraq and accounted for equipment valued at approximately $60M. • Served at Fort Hood, Texas and other installations • Created a computerized database to track pregnant personnel and their availability for training and work, enhancing the 30-day post-pregnancy mission readiness from 20% in previous years to 100% • Analyzed and redesigned internal support process to better satisfy the internal customers’ (soldiers’) needs and enhance company support operations. • Developed, planned and presented combat life savers’ courses to the battalion, improving the readiness level from 40% to 98%.
