Family Nursing & Home Care (FNHC) is a charity committed to providing high quality integrated nursing and home care services to the community, from birth to end of life. We are a forward thinking modern charity that has continuously adapted to provide nursing and care services to islanders. We are currently seeking applicants for the following honorary positions: Jersey is in the middle of transforming the way health services are delivered. FNHC is part of this system redesign. We need a new ViceChair and Committee Members to contribute to the charity’s strategic planning to ensure that FNHC continues to be available when islanders need our services.
Vice-Chair of Management Committee You will assist the Chairman in providing leadership and direction for the Committee and Non-Executive Officer in their roles in supporting the strategic aims of the Association. You are likely to have experience in senior level committee work and proven leadership skills with a background in business or some relevant professional achievement. Other useful attributes would include strategic vision, and awareness of Island issues and the current health agenda, as well as a strong commitment to the future of community care and the independent sector
Committee Members We seek members of the community who want to contribute their skills and experience to support the important service provided by FNHC. -
Vice-Chair is appointed for 3 years Committee Members are appointed for 2 years The main Committee meets quarterly Sub-groups of the Committee meet quarterly An induction is offered to all new Committee Members. Selected candidates will need to be interviewed by a panel.
