A REVEALING Q&A TRIPLET Rather than actually address the contra-WCA substantive content of my Stage 1 (of 25 Dec 2016) and Stage 2 (of 26 Jan 2017) Messages of Complaint, the DWP has chosen to ignore my concerns entirely, while MAXIMUS, Inc. has chosen instead to limit their response to three questions from the PREFACE to my Stage 2 escalated Message of Complaint – their answers to which are nonetheless, I would argue, a confession of their conceding defeat in our dispute. ______________________________ Q1. Could you please send me your 'MAXIMUS Suicide Prevention' advice leaflet (or similar), as a PDF attachment, by return of email? A1.
