Visiting Author/Illustrator Book Pre-Order Form Authors and illustrators will be visiting the Preparatory School as part of our Book Week celebrations from 14-18 August. Books by the visiting authors and illustrators are available from Gleebooks by pre-order. Should you wish to purchase books please complete the pre-order form below and return to your son’s classroom teacher no later than Monday, 31 July. The preferred method of payment to Gleebooks is via credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Payment can also be made with cash accompanying the order form in an envelope with your son’s name clearly marked on the outside. Although these books will also be available at the Book Fair, pre-ordering ensures that no-one misses out. The authors and illustrators will be available to sign all copies purchased.
