VT Miltope Announces New President and CEO Hope Hull, AL, October 03, 2017 – VT Miltope, a company of Vision Technologies Systems, Inc. (VT Systems), today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed John F. Haley, Brigadier General (US Army, retired), as President and CEO.

John “Jack” Haley comes to VT Miltope after completing a distinguished Army career including two deployments to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, time as the 38th Chief of Ordnance, and most recently as the Commanding General, 593rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary).
