SET-UP:
The school will open at 9:30 am for Exhibitors. Your vehicles must be parked in the school parking lot by 10:45 am. This will be strictly enforced for safety reasons. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

This year we are placing exhibitors indoors and outdoors. Placement is at the discretion of the committee, but if you have a strong preference either way, please let us know on your application. The Natural Parenting Fair is a rain-or-shine event. In case of inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate all of our vendors indoors; however, you are welcome to bring a tent and remain outside. Indoor exhibitors will be provided with space for a 6’ table. Due to anticipated volume, we are unable to guarantee additional space, so please do not bring a table longer than 6’. You will need to provide tables and appropriate booth display furnishings, cash box, etc. The school is able to provide folding chairs on request. We regret that we are not able to guarantee access to an electrical outlet, so please plan accordingly. Booth space is $35 per exhibitor, due with this application. All exhibitors are asked to stay for the entire show. Breakdown should not begin until 2:00 pm. Exhibitors are encouraged to offer a raffle item at their tables (e.g., in exchange for e-mail addresses). Items, entry forms, and raffles are at the sole discretion of the exhibitor, and entering the raffle must be free of charge. No pets are allowed. Booth spaces are assigned. Exhibitors may not change location or designated boundaries of their booth space. The Waldorf School of Princeton and its representatives will not be held responsible for damage, theft, fire or weather. Our commitment is to host a successful event and to ensure the enjoyment and comfort of both the visitors and the exhibitors who attend. The Fair organizers must approve all applicants prior to acceptance. All Exhibitors registered by August 19, 2016, will be guaranteed mention in promotional materials.
Directions: From Downtown Princeton: From 206, take Elm Road to the stop light. Turn right on to Cherry Valley Road. Approximately 1 mile, turn left on to Cherry Hill Road. The campus is one mile to the left. From Northern Princeton: From 206, take Cherry Hill Road until the road “ends” and intersects with Cherry Valley Road. Make a left and a quick right. You are still on Cherry Hill Road. The campus is one mile on the left. From Montgomery: From Rt. 206, take 518 West toward Hopewell. Approximately 1 mile after getting on Rt.518, begin looking for Cherry Hill Road on the left. Make a left and the school is approximately 1/4 mile on the right.
