Wagner Australia’s warranty policy only covers products that are specifically manufactured for the Australian and New Zealand markets and meet the relevant electrical standards required within Australia and New Zealand.

In order for you to be sure that the product you are purchasing is compliant to Australian/New Zealand standards we strongly recommend that you make your purchase through a recognised and approved Wagner dealer/stockist within Australia or New Zealand. BUYER BEWARE! There are many websites offering products that are purported to be able to be used in Australia and New Zealand even though they may have been manufactured for use in other countries. This is simply not true. In most cases these products have been modified from their original manufactured state, are no longer deemed to be Wagner products and may be unsafe and pose an electrical threat. As such Wagner Australia cannot provide warranty on a product that was manufactured for a market other than Australia and New Zealand.

Authorised Wagner Service Centres throughout Australia and New Zealand are only approved and qualified to work on 240V equipment. A purchase made online, particularly a professional spray pump, may arrive as a 110V piece of equipment with a 240V transformer. Equipment modified in this way is deemed by Wagner Australia as dangerous and will not be able to be serviced through our network of Authorised Service Centres. In these cases any potential warranty issues will not be recognised by Wagner Australia and should be pursued through the seller.
