Foundation & Endorsement Planning Creating a 4-Year Plan

Why Do We Do This?

State Law -- HB5 • A principal of a high school shall designate a school counselor…to review personal graduation plan options with each student entering grade nine together with that student’s parent or guardian. The personal graduation plan options reviewed must include the distinguished level of achievement. Before the conclusion of the school year, the student and the student ’s parent or guardian must confirm and sign a personal graduation plan for the student.

EMS ISD Aspire 2022 • “Each student will have a dynamiccustomized education plan from registration to graduation”

Begin with the End in Mind “If you don't make a conscious effort to visualize who you are and what you want in life, then you empower other people and circumstances to shape you and your life by default.” Steven R Covey
