Google AdWords - White Paper ======================================================================

We help you to get instant rankings on Google. Introduction Google AdWords® Google AdWords is Google's main advertising product and main source of revenue. AdWords offers pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, cost-per-thousand (CPM) advertising, and site-targeted advertising for text, banner, and rich-media ads. The AdWords program includes local, national and international distribution. Google's text advertisements are short, consisting of one headline consisting of 25 characters and two additional text lines consisting of 35 characters each. Image ads can be one of several different standard sizes.

What is PPC Advertising? Pay Per Click advertising is one of the most powerful and effective marketing tools in the modern business world. Quite simply, it‟s a form of online advertising in which you - the advertiser - place brief ads on the pages of the leading search engines (Google, Bing). These ads are restricted to a very few words and phrases - refer to the specific goods or services you are selling and appear when a visitor performs a search using the keywords you have chosen to trigger them. Your ads may be viewed as what‟s called CPM („an impression‟) many, many times. You do not have to pay for any of these. You only pay at a pre-agreed price with your network - if a visitor clicks on your advert and ends up on your website. Hence, pay-per-click obviously. Pay-per-click (or PPC) has evolved at a phenomenal rate in the half dozen or so years since it was first offered as a service and it is easy to see why. It brings you, the advertiser, into contact with your potential customer at the absolute optimum moment: as they are searching for a particular product or service.

Primary Things to know about Google Adwords. We can manage all aspects of your AdWords account at various levels. Google AdWords enables us to create ads for each product or service you sell, and organize these ads in campaigns with unique targeting and distribution preferences. Account The Account level is the umbrella over all of your AdWords activity. This is where you manage contact information and billing, and how you would like the AdWords team to contact you. Your account contains all of your campaigns, which contain all of your Ad Groups, which contain all of your keywords and ads. Campaign The campaign is how you organize your ads. You may create different AdWords campaigns for each product line, each geographic region, and each collection of Ad Groups, time-limited periods, or any other organizing principle that works for your specific product or promotion strategy. At the campaign level, you determine you’re spending objectives and also set country, language, and location and distribution preferences for your ads. Your campaigns consist of Ad Groups. Ad Groups Each Ad Group is a collection of ads corresponding to a group of similar keywords. You can create several ad groups within each campaign. The keywords you choose trigger your ad to appear when a user searches for them on Google or on our partner sites. Your ads may also appear on relevant pages of content websites. It’s best to structure each Ad Group thematically so you can target ads toward each theme, product line or promotion. At the Ad Group level, you create ads and keywords, and choose how much you want to pay each time a user clicks on an ad. You can set a single cost-per-click (CPC) for all the ads and keywords in an Ad Group, or set individual CPCs on a keyword-by-keyword basis. Ad Copy The content of your ads is called copy or ad text. These are the ads that your customers and prospects will see. Ad copy consists of a headline, brief descriptive text and the URL of the website you’re advertising.
