Responsibilities Working alongside the Product Owner, Business Analyst, User Experience team and Developers to create interfaces which meet the requirements of the user story and: • • • • •
Produce clear and compelling interfaces based on a user story, then working with the development team to ensure the final product matches the design. Actively look at visual improvements so that the website continues to pioneer the luxury fashion retail industry. Actively look at visual improvements for the website and communicate them to the product owner. Encourage and support a culture of innovation throughout the company. Help develop the tools to support collaborative evolution of ideas. Sourcing and generating media content assets as required.
Essential Essential Skills & Requirements The successful candidate will need to have experience of working closely with a development team to produce a website, they will be highly creative and have the ability to take user stories and design interfaces which meet the business requirements. • • • • • • • •
Proven experience to design web interfaces in Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily Photoshop) A great conceptual thinker with valuable input into problem solving. Valued appreciation of User Experience on eCommerce websites Demonstration of experience with Search Engine Optimisation principles Effectively communicates with the team Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Friendly, enthusiastic and have a good sense of humor A passion for emerging technologies and all things interactive.
Desirable skills • HTML, CSS, Javascript technology skills • Understanding of gesture-enabled UI
