Documents are no longer left on the file system after check in. Check-In is completed with one click and revisions are no longer missing - even when users are interrupted and would otherwise forget to complete the check in. Correct content contributed - when users are not forced to browse for a file to check in - they won't accidentally pick a wrong file. The Plug-in offers easy, intuitive and compact interface, without the need for excessive scrolling - and offers many usability features not present in Oracle MS Office Integration
User credentials (encrypted) are securely stored in the Registry, which eliminates the need to login. Hitting Ctrl-S in Acrobat or clicking the Save button on the toolbar transparently checks in new version of the document and allows users to continue their editing session. Working with managed documents is also integrated into File Open and Save Dialogs (See screenshot below)
