DETAILS MADE EASY CEREMONY INFORMATION We offer several different outdoor and indoor locations to fit any theme or style. Ceremony Site Fee is $2,000 plus tax. All ceremony sites include a weather backup, white gardens chairs, set up and break down of event area, water station, unity candle or sand ceremony table and gift table. Consult your Catering Event Manager about required additional outdoor lighting and optional microphone and speaker setup.
CONFIRMATION OF SPACE AND DEPOSITS An initial nonrefundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract.
A room block may be setup for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa. Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 11 am. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.
A final guarantee is due by 11:00am three business days prior to your event. Once received this number may not be reduced. We will be prepared to serve 3% over the guaranteed number.
WELCOME PACKETS & GIFT BAGS The following prices apply to any gifts given out to your guests at the front desk or delivered to their guestrooms. • Under the Door Delivery $1.50 per room (up to two items) • Non-Personalized Delivery $3 per room (up to two items) • Personalized Delivery $4 per room (up to two items)
FINAL PAYMENT Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check money order, check credit card or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date. A refundable 20% overage deposit will be collected with the final payment to cover charges and/or incidentals charges incurred during and following the wedding.
FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES Prices to not include Florida sales tax of 6% and a service fee of 25%.
SECURITY Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. Should you wish to hire security services, suggestions are available through your wedding specialist. Please ensure someone from your wedding party secures any gifts left at your wedding. The hotel will not be responsible for gift removal. This includes all vendor equipment on property.
