Introduction My friend wanted to invite friends and family to his wedding and asked for my help to design an e-wedding card. I had tried using few chatbots here and there and thought that it would be a great idea to invite people to a wedding using a chatbot.
Design Process My design process while designing this chatbot was very simple. I first asked my friend to just start a conversation with me as to he was inviting me to his wedding(He didn’t know that I was designing a chatbot :D). He started the conversation and asked me if I am free and I said no, to that he just laughed. He shared few pictures of his pre-wedding shoot while inviting and also told me the exact dates of all the events. This exercise gave me enough clarity as to how to proceed with the design.
