HALL FARM

Congratulations on your forthcoming wedding! We are delighted that you are considering Hall Farm for your reception and hope the following brochure will be of some assistance in helping with your final decision.

We have catered for wedding receptions since 1992 at Hall Farm, and have always been complimented on our standard of personal service and excellent culinary abilities.

We aim to make the day a very special one and believe it should be tailor made to meet your individual requirements. With this in mind we stress that the menus contained within this brochure are meant as a guideline only and we will be more than happy to help you plan alternative menu choices. Our events manager will sit down with you and talk through the entire day making it a memorable & stress free occasion.

The Venue

Just 5 miles from Grimsby, set in acres of farmland on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Hall Farm offers the perfect location for a stunning reception.

Our spectacular function room “The Fenby Room” can accommodate up to 100 guests for a sit down meal, or more for buffet-style service. For an evening reception we can cater for up to 150 people. We can also offer “The Ashby Room” for smaller, more intimate receptions. The function rooms have their own built in sound & light system. We can arrange a disco for your reception, or if you prefer, you are welcome to organise a band of your choice.

All the food at Hall Farm is freshly prepared using, where possible, fresh local produce. We would be delighted to discuss any favourite dishes with you & can provide menus for special dietary requirements. We also have a license to hold civil ceremonies at Hall Farm.

Accommodation

Hall Farm comprises eight luxury bedrooms, designed and decorated to the highest standards. Each room is unique & stunning, offering a haven of relaxation. If you would like exclusive use of the hotel for your special day then please check availability and ensure you have block booked all the rooms when you set your date.

Off peak Weddings

Sunday to Thursday, throughout the year (NOT on bank holiday weekends) qualify for a 20% discount.

Friday & Saturday Weddings January, February, March & November qualify for a 15% discount.

Minimum covers for off peak weddings are subject to consideration and we can cater for smaller

weddings without charging room hire.

Small Weddings

We can cater for smaller weddings during our off peak period and can recommend our Ashby room which is a

delightful intimate setting for smaller groups of up to 30. If you are booking your reception within 6 months of

the event we will release any key dates that are available & can negotiate any restrictions.

We are very happy for you to create your own wedding package from the components below although we do still stipulate the minimum covers for peak period weddings and expect our weddings to take both a three course meal, evening reception, and serve a minimum quantity of wine with the day meal. 2017 prices

Terms and Conditions Booking your wedding reception

A date can be reserved for 2 weeks without obligation after which time we request a £500 non-refundable deposit, a further £500 non-refundable deposit is due on January 1st of the year of the wedding. This deposit is deductible from your final account, but will not be refunded if the client cancels under any circumstance. Payment

Final numbers will be required 4 weeks before the date of your function and a pro-forma invoice will be sent at this time. This invoice is payable a fortnight prior to your reception and once this invoice is sent we will not refund cancellations.

Payments by bank transfer, cheque, cash and debit cards are free but unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards. How to Book

Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days only. After this period we will require a signed copy of our Terms & Conditions along with a non-refundable £500.00 deposit. This deposit will be credited against the final invoice Cancellation Terms & Conditions

(1) If the cancellation takes place 2 to 6 months before the date of the reception, the deposit shall be kept and 25% of the estimated total cost, using numbers agreed at the time of booking will be chargeable.

¨ Room hire will be charged if minimum covers are not met or if evening food is not required.

¨ The person hiring the facilities is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

¨ The management cannot be responsible for failing to perform their obligations in the event of damage or destruction beyond their control.

¨ VAT is included in all quoted prices at 20 % and may be subject to adjustments should VAT rates change.

¨ All information contained in the wedding brochure is correct at time of press but is subject to change without notice

¨ Management have the right to insist on a minimum drinks purchase for the main reception.

¨ Special dietary menus can only be guaranteed with advance notification.

¨ Postponement or change of date is at the discretion of the management

¨ Bar & Entertainment License until 12.00pm unless otherwise arranged.
