Located on the cliff overlooking the bay of Cala Vadella, an intimate bay of crystal waters and white sand beach, with its spectacular view and delightful architecture, Maya Beach Club, is an ideal sea front venue to celebrate your dream wedding day in Ibiza. Our wish is to arrange for you an unforgettable and romantic wedding by advising and driving you through it all. We can help you to plan and organise all details of your special day from different kinds of entertainment to flowers decorations, wedding cake, and photography. Allow us to bring the dreams for your big day to life! We can seat on the same level up to 90 people overall or we can provide a standing buffet for up to 130 guests. Based on our past experience with hosting weddings, the below time schedule is our suggestion in order to fully enjoy the sunlight on Cala Vadella during its most picturesque moments:

Booking and Deposits: We require a deposit of €5.000 to secure and reserve the date at Maya Beach Club that will be exclusively hired and close to the public for your special day (if required). The outstanding amount of the total and final budget will then need to be fully covered at least 30 days before the wedding date. A General Services contract with terms and condition will also be formalised.

early evening slot and it consists of the full tasting of two of our standard menus, in order to allow you to select your favourite dishes and wines and eventually combine them for creating your special menu for the night.

Taxes: The food and beverages charges sees a 10%VAT to be applied on each of the charges on your budget. All the extra services has a 21%VAT that needs to be added. A 5% service charge will be added automatically on the total amount of the budget before the taxes.

The choices of starters and mains of your guests has to be communicated at least 30 days before the wedding date in order to permit a smooth service and to allow the Head Chef to coordinate the deliveries and any special food requirements/allergies.

What is the minimum number of guests for an exclusive wedding at Maya Beach Club? The minimum number of adult guests is 70 if you wish to have the exclusivity of all 4 levels; in case the number of total guests is allowed, other options can be arranged. In low season also the minimum number can be discussed.

Are there any sound restrictions? We can play music legally outside on our terraces until midnight; after, the sound system needs to be moved on the inside area and can be played only until 2am. Can fireworks or sky lanterns be used? Unfortunately they can’t be used due to the nature of our surroundings. However, the use of sparklers during the night is allowed. Can I use confetti at Maya Beach Club? We only allow natural petal confetti to be used only outside. A penalty fee will be issued for anyone not using natural confetti. Can we use our own photographer, florist, DJ or band? We have a recommended supplier list who knows very well the venue and how best to operate on site. This should help you to select the best suppliers for your event. We do also allow some external suppliers at Maya Beach Club. All external suppliers that are not on our recommended list must read and sign our supplier handbook. Do you allow the use of outside wedding planner? Yes, and we are happy to recommend some of the best wedding planners on the island. When do we pay? We request a €5000 deposit to secure the date. Please note that the deposit is not refundable or exchangeable. The outstanding payment has to be paid at least one month before the wedding date and no extras will be allowed to be purchased on the night of the event. How do we make a booking?
