WORSHIP CHOIR & ORCHESTRA IGNITE WEDNESDAYS is a great way to reignite your faith in the middle of a busy week and reconnect with God and other believers through Bible study and activities for the whole family.

WELCOME TO OUR CHURCH

We have moved the start times on Wednesdays a little later to make it easier for more of our church family to be a part each week. Many of you will be coming directly from work and/or school activities, and with the craziness of traffic in our area, we believe this new schedule will be helpful for more of our congregation to be a part. Dinner service will not begin until 5:30 pm and will extend until 6:30 pm. Come when you can! All Bible study classes and children/student activities begin at 6:30 pm. Join us!

WORSHIP CHOIR - AGES 18 AND UP Led by Keith Ferguson, Associate Pastor, Worship Arts Meets on Wednesdays from 6:45 to 8:15 pm in the Choir Room The Worship Choir leads worship on Sundays, as well as presenting concerts, musicals, and theatrical events throughout the year to reach out into the community. From this group, we form smaller worship teams and ensembles as well. Vocal training is not required – only a passion for worship and a heart to serve! Please feel free to visit choir rehearsal any Wednesday at 6:45 pm.

WORSHIP ORCHESTRA - AGES 18 AND UP Led by Glen Porter, Director Meets on Wednesdays from 6:45 to 8:15 pm in the Worship Center The Worship Orchestra leads worship on Sunday mornings with the Worship Choir, as well as various outreach concerts and worship events held during the year. Because of the unique requirements of playing instruments in worship, some experience and training are needed. Please contact us for more information on how you can use your musical gifts to worship God.

IGNITE BIBLE STUDY Ignite Bible Study meets in the Cannon Room on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. Our study this semester will be a survey of the New Testament led by gifted Bible teacher Glen Blanscet. The course will help students to have a better understanding of God’s Word and how all of it fits together to point us to the truth and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. These midweek services are the primary times that our students can connect with one another. Both services are designed to allow for fun and games but also spend time focused on the importance of worship, Bible study, and prayer. This is a perfect place for students to be connected to a group of students who understand their challenges and struggles and to be encouraged during the midst of a busy school week. In this study of 1 & 2 Peter, the apostle shows that true hopefulness means the promise of salvation for those who have accepted Him and His Son’s death and resurrection. This 13-week class is designed to help those grieving the loss of a loved one to understand their grief, and to share with others in the grieving process. Grief and mourning are natural and unique experiences. Each session allows individuals a chance to walk through this experience in a loving and caring way. Child-care is provided.
