You’ve been at it for 10 days now! Are you still as motivated as you were on Day 1? Let’s check out your progress for the past week. Be sure to compare some of your answers to the Check-In sheet from last week–keeping track of how you feel about your progress as you move along your journey will help you reach your milestones as scheduled, and keep you motivated! My January goal sheet and calendar are hanging somewhere so I see them every day I read my January goal out loud every day I have shared my goal with friends &/or family I have posted on social media about my goal to hold myself accountable I am prioritizing my January goal amongst my other committments to ensure success I am adjusting my milestones as necessary to strive for a challenging yet achievable goal I met my scheduled milestone this week I am having fun!

What has been the hardest thing about sticking with your goal the last week? What has been the easiest thing? What have you done differently this week to more efficiently and effectively progress towards your goal? Are you feeling more or less motivated than you did at the last Check-In? Why do you think that is? What can be done to make things more challenging/more achievable if necessary?

Stay motivated and inspired by considering how your life would change with this goal being met. If you circled 8–10, keep up the good work! If reaching the goal has still been challenging, you’re on the road to success! If things have felt easy, you may want to kick it up a notch! Remember–no challenge, no change!
