In 2015: To create and promote a pioneer movement in large scale sustainable reforestation.

THE CONTEXT So 2000 ’s : Enable corporations to do good by associating with a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program that donate money to plant trees.

Aspiration by 2020 : Provide meaningful purpose for individuals to do good by financing tree plantation program in partnership with corporations.

HOW TO GET THERE Do things differently : 1). Speak directly to individual who happened to work for or buy from corporations. 2). Create brand awareness and a direct to consumer sales channel with legitimate recognition from international institutions. 3). Transform and promote giving for reforestation program an engaging, social, positive and tangible experience.

Action plan : 1). Empower individual supporters of WeForest to shout out to their favourite brands to incite them to participate. 2). Craft communication campaigns to connect the contributors with the receivers and to incite friends to donate thru an app or web. 3). Launch initiatives with gamification and a leader board for corporation and individual.

My contributions : 1). Launch, engage and sustain a community to unlock the potential of corporate and individual contributors to co-create. 2). Craft experience experience based content that visualised the urgency and positive impact of reforestation. 3). Develop omni-channel media that allow contributors to donate, engage and follow in real time the reforestation effort.

In 2020: WeForest is the most prominent promoter, organizer and initiator of sustainable global reforestation effort in terms of number of planted trees and geographical coverage.
