Welcome Back! Dear K-1 Families, The first day of school is rapidly approaching! Your child’s classroom teacher assignment is listed on the mailing label of this postcard. Students will be able to meet their new teacher(s) at Open House on August 17. Please be sure to review the checklist located on the back of this postcard for important back to school information. Kindergarten Families - To schedule your individual assessment appointment with your teacher, visit the K-1 page on the school website at www.napls.us. Select your classroom teacher name to schedule your appointment. If you have questions or need assistance, please call the K-1 office at 614-413-8700. GRADES K-1 BACK TO SCHOOL CHECKLIST Verify your contact and healthcare information (Verification email was sent first week of August. Contact [email protected] if not received by August 8th). View Principal's welcome video message & letter. Review the student handbook with your child and sign the recognition and anti-bullying pledge forms. Visit myNAPLS to create your new PowerSchool account and download the PowerSchool APP. Pay new and outstanding school fees online via PayForIt.Net. Deposit funds in your child’s lunch account if applicable. Review your child’s transportation arrangements (bus route location and times, walking/biking plan or drop off/pick up loop). Turn in any necessary health forms for your child. Purchase school supplies if you did not order a school tool box. Check website for lists. Join the PTO and explore volunteer opportunities. Make arrangements for any before or after school care - Visit www.napls.us to view Eagles Nest and Breakfast Club options for K-5 students.
