Presenter: Dr. Anthony Cullen, B.A., M.A., LL.M., Ph.D. is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the School of Law, Middlesex University, London. His research interests focus mainly on international humanitarian law, international human rights law and the development of foreign policy in these areas. He has been practising Heartfulness meditation for 18 years and it has been a huge source of inspiration for him.

Defining ‘Time Management’ ‘Whatever we do we cannot stop the clock. Since we can make better use of time, we are led to the conclusion that “time management” is really a mode of “self-management”.
