 Aiernoon = Repe44ve Tasks ◦  Ex. Phone Calls

4. Do what you enjoy and pay for things you don’t  Make a list of things you enjoy indulging in ◦  Working out, Watches, Luxury Vaca4ons

 Make a list of things you don’t enjoy ◦  i.e. Cleaning, shopping for groceries, driving, etc.

 Do what you love and outsource the rest

5. Schedule Breaks - Pomodoro

6. Opt For No  Most successful people in the world say no to reserve themselves for bemer opportuni4es in the future

7. A/B Test Your Techniques

8. Have a weekly schedule
